Located on the Royal Parade, Chislehurst, Fish Union uniquely combines a chef-led upmarket wet fishmonger coupled with a shellfish Champagne restaurant and is owned by chefs Richard Kirkwood and Andy Roberts.

The restaurant’s fresh seasonal menu changes daily depending on what’s coming in off the boats and offers delectable small plates which include Yellowfin tuna tataki with pickled radish wasabi mayo and ponzu; Galician octopus with delica pumpkin and garlic butter; The Luxury Seafood platter; Bouillabaisse and their popular side dish of Confit crispy potatoes with aioli.

To add to this, Sundays have just got exciting as Fish Union’s intimate buzzing seafood Champagne restaurant now offers a delicious Sunday Ocean Roast and Sunday Brunch menu!

Great little place, fab service and delicious food! Loved the ambiance. The octopus starter was amazing and all the dishes were a bit different and super tasty I would recommend

Really lovely venue. Fabulous service and the fish is beautiful. My only hesitation is , is it worth the money as very expensive..... But everywhere is these days.

Went for Saturday night happy hour prawns, these are always very good and excellant value. Seating area both inside and out leaves a lot to be desired and could do with sprucing up. Service ok but could be a lot better.

Friendly service and excellent food. It's refreshing to find a place that serves excellent fish, simply cooked and not 'messed about with' :-) I had the gilt head bream, served with garlic butter, which was perfectly cooked (and huge!) My companion had the ray wing with burnt butter and capers, which was also well cooked and delicious. The crispy confit potatoes were a revelation, and the samphire was cooked to perfection. For starters the sardines, whilst very tasty, could have benefitted from being a little 'crispier' - but the tuna was absolutely perfect, meltingly soft and delicious. Service was very friendly, but a little slow - perhaps because it was a busy Friday evening. Noise levels were also a little high, but again the restaurant was very busy which may be why. Overall a really positive experience.

Our first time having lunch at Fish Union and we’re very happy with it, we also bought £50 worth of fresh fish to bring home. The salmon is in decent size pieces, so much bigger and better than supermarket fish. We would recommend Fish Union to other fish lovers!

The halibut was particularly good , but so was my partners skate, vegetables were a delight , definitely a return visit is o. the 💳

Another amazing meal at Fish Union. Understated, unassuming with great staff and exceptional food. Genuinely one of my favourite restaurants and I defy anyone not to love it. I had oysters, natural and baked Rockefeller style then Ray wing with capers and brown butter with samphire and pickled cucumber sides. Our server Charlotte was an absolute delight.
