We’re a small Italian Restaurant in the Fitzrovia area with regular local customers and a family atmosphere.

Our quest is to bring to the table a selection of traditional regional dishes, the backbone of world-renowned Italian cuisine.

In the culinary climate of today where everybody tries to impress with special effects and often gimmicks we have decided to go in the opposite direction and try to rediscover the pleasure of simple dishes, our own original recipes and the essence of homemade preparation.

We get our supplies from the local markets Billingsgate and New Covent Garden, where chefs gain additional inspiration for the menu and the special dishes of day.

Hope to welcome you soon …

Superb Italian food. We happened upon this small neighborhood restaurant in Fitzrovia our first night here. We’ve had two wonderful meals in five days. Excellent food, reasonably priced wine, friendly staff. Will certainly return to the restaurant when we return to London.

I’ve been here many times and the food really is great. However, over the past 2–3 weeks the service has been all over the place. I haven’t spotted the owner/manager in that time, so that might have something to do with it. I would recommend this place if he’s on service, but now tend to walk past when I can’t see him inside.

Our friend from the States had recently been in England and stopped into this restaurant. They knew we were going to be in the SOHO area and told us about it - saying... "we went back 2 days in a row to have the Carbonara again and again" -- Best review is always word of mouth. - We enjoyed the food greatly (although the Carbonara was sadly not on the menu). We were just in Siciliy a few months ago -- and in all honesty... the food here was just as good if not better than what we had there. BTW... The Tiramisu is the BEST we've ever had.

Lovely local restaurant with great wine. Menu was short but still a good selection to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was no rush to leave and we were there for nearly three hours! They didn’t have the wine we ordered but offered us the same but a more expensive bottle which they discounted heavily for us. It was a primitivo and absolutely fabulous. Would definitely visit again

Great service and great food. Appetizer of garlic & rosemary small potatoes were delicious- entrees of gnocchi and eggplant Parmesan were even better. Small but welcoming setting - a dinner we’ll remember fondly for years to come.

An unexpectedly enjoyable evening with work colleagues after a meeting. Excellent food, relaxed ambience, great wine, all behind a modest exterior. Everoloved it. My new local Italian! Will definitely be back very soon.

I've been here a couple of times now. It's a great little place with tasty pasta dishes and a decent wine list. The owner/manager is friendly and accommodating. The carbonara is to die for!

We had an amazing dinner, literally the authencity in this restaurant is top notch and all the ingredients are superb quality. The tomatoes!!! Great wine list and really tasty. Everything we ordered was delicious and will surely come back again as soon as I can. A small local gem that deserves to be visited! You won’t be disappointed.

The arancini and pasta dishes were delicious. I am italian and usually struggle to enjoy pasta in non authentic restaurants but this was delicious! The service was also great and price was reasonable!

Proper, honest Italian family-run restaurant with open kitchen serving real food. Interior needs updating a bit but it’s a place I would gladly recommend to friends and colleagues and return to again. Nice seating outside, very close to Fitzroy Square.

The restaurant accepted my reservation on Opentable for 8:00 on Saturday. On arrival there was no evidence of a restaurant and on asking if they had my reservation they said that they had tried to contact me (they had not - no missed call, message or email) to say that there was a private function on and I'd have to leave.

If like me you're obsessed with Italian food, especially pasta, and looking for authentic, unpretentious cuisine at decent price, this little gem is the place! The food is absolutely delicious (best pasta carbonara I've ever had outside of Italy, and the grilled sardines and burrata were great too), good wine list, the staff is super helpful (they were very accommodating with my various allergies) and friendly, prices are fair (cheap for Fitzrovia!). Fantastic dinner, highly recommend and will go back for sure.
