it's the season to eat, drink and to be merry. Our Executive Chef, Davide Mazzocchi , has created a festive feast for the big day. Come and celebrate the most wonderful time of the year with family, friends or colleagues. You can enjoy our Christmas Menu for £85. Please note this is the only menu available. We require a deposit on the day of your reservation of £50 pp to secure your table. We offer a full refund policy if the booking is cancelled one week before. Your reservation is subject to 2 hours return time.

We experienced pleasant but inefficient service eg we weren't asked if we wanted more drinks or a dessert (although we all chose the 2 course set menu, 2 wanted main and dessert and 1 diner chose starter and main but subsequently also wanted a dessert, which wait staff could have offered/checked to see if that was now required when clearing the mains); we all ordered Earl Grey tea but were served hot frothy milk to go with it (none of us actually took milk but that was just as well)!! We found it very difficult to attract anyone's attention when we wanted something eg to order an additional dessert, to order tea at the end of our meal or when trying to request our bill; our table hadn't been cleared when the card reader was brought for us to pay, which we pointed out to the staff member. The restaurant was not busy or packed during our visit and we had an early booking. Having said all that, I had noted when booking that 1 of us had a birthday and this occasion was marked with a lovely little petit four and candle on a plate with 'Happy Birthday' written in chocolate on it and the server also sang 'Happy Birthday', which was a very nice touch. The tiramisu was really good.

The food is decent and good value for money. They have a nice selection of cocktails. The ambience inside is warm and welcoming whilst the outside area really comes into its own in the summer alongside the river.

Croquettes and deep fried Courgette flowers were cold in the middle. Pasta potions were small and the ‘pigs cheek’ as ordered was not in the pasta dish at all.This is a fast food joint pretending to be Italian. We sat outside overlooking the river which was the only enjoyable part of the experience. Best avoided!

Food was very average and their service was really slow. With that amount of money we spent, we had much better experience elsewhere. Unless you only want to enjoy by the river outside dinning, it’s not worth going there.

It appears that Fiume have gone from being a great restaurant to serving ok food at a ridiculous price. We ordered a salad at £14 which arrived and wasn’t even large enough for a child. Service was slow and sporadic.

Ignored for ages at the start when we arrived waiting to be seated and then never received our desserts so had to chase then only received 3/4 of them. They were taken off bill. Fantastic setting though, food was nice and good gluten free selection.

Lovely food but really let down by service. Had to ask for balsamic vinegar/ parmesan , plates cleared whilst still eating . Had to keep trying to grab attention for staff. Started off badly when I was told I had requested a table inside when clearly said outside but not discussion/apology- just factually said I had requested inside. after a while a new person came up to us to ask if we had booked without any explanation. Took service charge off bill- can't recall last time I did that . Don't know if relying on location and no attention to service but shame as food was very nice

Great food and desserts. Service was OK, the restaurant was empty and the hostess said they weren’t taking walking and “reservations only”. I just opened the app and booked to sit 5min later… felt like very odd interaction.
