    From the moment we walked in for a drink before dinner we were looked after really well. Everyone was polite and helpful making sure we enjoyed our food and evening.

    Absolutely adore this pub! Had a birthday lunch there with my family and it was stunning - food, ambience, service all 10/10. The garden in particular was truly gorgeous as well. Best place for a summer cocktail. Can't wait to go back again.

    Excellent location for any of you petrol heads , great nearby roads for open top driving or motorcycle riding, easy parking, obliging attentive staff , menu changes regularly, lovely venue can’t recommend highly enough

    Atmospheric pub with great roaring fires. Would have liked a local beer on tap. Good food. Service a fraction slow but there was a party going on.

    Fantastic food and gorgeous pub. Staff were so lovely. Small car park and the tables are quite close together, meaning that when it’s busy it is quite loud

    I really love this pub. I sat in the potting shed and there were just a few other people. (It was Monday!) The bench had cushions it was very comfortable and we were looking at the rolling hills in the sunshine. The staff were all really friendly and kind to my dog. I had asparagus which was very good followed by the Five Bells Goan chicken curry also delicious. Then we went for a walk in the fields. It was all lovely.
