Five Eleven West
One of our favorite spots for a good meal in Summedside. The food is consistantly good which keeps bringing us back. Friendly staff.
The steak and veggies were great - lots of veggies and we liked that. Thai red curry dish was unimaginative and shrimp a bit overcooked- serving size was very generous so a plus for that.
We were disappointed that the salmon wasn't available. A bit on the pricey side compared to other restaurants of similar quality
This was my first time reserving a table on line. Our service is always 100%. Keep up the fantantist service.
We have never been to the FiveEleven before.
It is Burger Love month here in PEI, there are 85 restaurants with a burger specially created for this event, the winner gets to have the burger on their menu for the year. They had a burger that we wanted to try. Also it was my birthday.
The burger was amazing a 9 out of 10.
The restaurant is small .. so make sure you make reservations.... the app is so easy to use.
We loved our food and our waitress, Angela was great. However, we were seated in a tight spot facing the door and it was rather noisy. I would definitely recommend it and already have!
Bread before the meal was delicious. Seafood chowder so delicious. Plate presentation appealing. Main courses delicious. Water glasses refilled, I like that. I love eating at Five Eleven!
Fish was very greasy and French fries were not fresh.
Thanks for the review - we strive to provide fresh quality food and will bring your comments to our kitchen to improve our customers dining experience.
GREAT FOOD AND GREAT SERVICE. Prime Rib was excellent as was the Pan Fried Haddock!!!
Left a lot to be expected. Food was okay services was okay prices were okay... Expect kids meals crazy price for what we got. Just expected more from the website.
A very comfortable spot with excellent food and great service.
One of the best restaurants in Summerside, and maybe even all of PEI. Locally owned and operated. Great Chef!
Amazing as always
Recently moved back to this area and have been looking for a nice place to eat out with good food. The places we had tried up to know have been ok at best and won't go back at worst. Five Eleven West is now our go to spot. A bit more expensive than most but worth every nickle. Will definately be back on a regular basis.
Excellent meal and excellent service as always. Chai crème brûlée was amazing!!!
I’m a regular customer here. They have the best burgers in the city and all their food choices have amazing flavour.
They have a burger there we love, called the “Frenchie” , and we brag it up and take people with us to try it and it’s always a rave review and a burger you just crave until the next time. We love other items on their menu as well. Always good.
Don’t be put off by the location in the arena. The food here was surprisingly good. Had the social cedar plank salmon, which was cooked as requested to perfection. It was accompanied by a good salad and flavorful sautéed veg. Glad we tried this,
The waitress we had was not pleasant and it took forever for the meal to show up. The chicken parmiagann panini was one chicken strip stuck inside a panini bun and overwhelmed in garlic mayo sauce; not appetizing at all
The waitress was quite rude and the food was terrible!
a great spot to grab a pre concert meal, food was delicious and service was fast. I'd definitely book this restaurant again.
Great service, and food was delicious. The only minor thing, was the bread that the steak sandwich was on, was very hard...but it didn't take away from the overall taste. It would not stop me from going back or ordering that meal again. Fries are awesome!
We eat here often and its usually on a friday or saturday and never have any complaints, however we decided to go on a wednesday evening and the food was terrible, everyones was cold and runny mashed potatoes and steaks that were horrible, it wasnt a cheap meal so it was dissapointing! Guess we will have to mske sure to only visit on the weekends!
I went for burger love with a few friends who had never been there, there was a caps game which we were going to, so it was busy. We didn't get asked for drinks and the food took an hour. I had to ask for bread basket and more water, was told we weren't getting bread because we ordered burger love, even though the table beside us got baskets of bread when they had burger love. 3 people that were with our group had never been there before, not a good experience for them. After we sat down, we weren't asked for anything or checked up until I spoke and when the food came an hour later my group was hungry and not so happy. I understand burgers take a while, but when people came in after us and left before we got our food when then had ordered the same, it wasn't acceptable. Positive note, the burgers were delicious and so were the sides.
Went for burger love 2018. Burger was tasty but it was not hot. Seemed like it was just under a lamp or maybe the toppings cooled it off . I decided to have a side Greek salad . The lettuce was not fresh . Waitress was excellent as was the craft beer. We went to three burger love participants and none were hot by the time they got to us.
Your fish and chips was very good and good service.
Our first time there.Service was very good, staff was friendly, food was awesome ......definitely will be back.
I had a great meal there, Sandra the Host /Waitress was very friendly, and brought us our meal very quickly, and was helpful, when we asked her questions about our meal and dessert and drinks etc. we are definitely going back again very soon, to try something else! prices were very reasonable, food was tasty and we loved the atmosphere.
We were so disappointed. We had only one night in PEI. Looked forward to some mussels. Their menu looked good. Made a reservation, which wasn't necessary because it's not a busy place. Shocked to find out it was located within a sports complex. First we thing noticed when walking in was the smell of chlorine. Should have run but gave it a chance. Took a long time for waitress to come over. In fairness to her, she was the only one serving and she was extremely upbeat and pleasant. Ordered mussels, fish and chips and fried clams. At least a half hour passed before mussels were served. They were okay but not spectacular. Took another half hour for our entrees. Disappointed at first sight. My husband's haddock was heavily breaded and dripping grease. My fried clams were not identifiable. Cut up in pieces and cooked beyond recognition. Fries were just shy of being burned. Wasted 2 hours and an opportunity for a good PEI dinner. Had to get up and seek waitress out to get our check and get the heck out of there so we could at least enjoy the remainder of the evening.
Best kept secret in Summerside! 511 never disappoints, offering draft beer from local breweries, fresh seafood, ample portions, and very friendly & fast service. We've eaten here many times and have never had a bad dish. Love the bistro feel, the menu variety, all of it. Highly recommend.
We very much enjoyed our usual: the Sicilian club panini but we were disappointed that the fries were different. They were still good, just not AS good as they used to be. Some of the music playing in the background was ... interesting, to the point of being a bit distracting. That's the only negative thing about the ambiance.
My wife had your Pan Fried Haddock, she said it was Great.
I had your 511 Burger, it is to bad I was not asked if I wanted it Rare, I did not.
Maybe you should get your server to ask how the customer would like it done (Rare, Med, or Well Done)
If we go again, I will be sure to ask.
Thanks for letting Me rant. Ted
Not disappointed at all. Everything was fabulous.Great service the food was amazing. Will be returning for sure.
