The food was great, my only comment, that I hope reaches the management, is that it didn't quite all go together. When you do a meal of sharing plates - like tapas, or Asian food - the flavours and spices tend to be complementary and work together. The food at FB was really nice, but you were hopping between radically different things that could conflict a bit. (Maybe that's the whole point tho!) I wouldn't mind seeing if the waiters/menu can do more do to help cluster things that would work with each other, or maybe the menu can evolve in certain ways over time.
Generally food was really tasty, and liked the wine options as well.
Amazing food experience, attentive and professional staff. Definetely a place worth to pay a visit to!
The food was great, as it always is but the service was quite poor (orders were forgotten, needed to be repeated, weren’t filled) and the music rather too loud.
Loved the location, the food was amazing. The goat dish I had was just lovely. A little bit pricey as it’s about sharing small plates but was worth it.
Fun and great good overall. Recommended and worth a special trip.
The waiter will recommend for a "medium" hungry diner - 2-3 "small plates", 2 "tiny" plates, and 1 dessert. Note that this is actually enough for 2 "medium" hungry diners...
The Tandoori Fried Chicken was way too over-spiced - ask for less spice/curry powder on it if you order it.
While the food combinations sounded good on the menu, they failed to deliver on taste. Either they were too strong in one flavour or too subtle.
Amazing food and service!! We had a really great time here!
Waited 20 mins for a beer
The groups food was brought out separately.
Was empty and new staff. But good food
Great food and very good service. Drinks a bit too expensive when compared with food and the dining room is too noisy (only true downside).
A fun venue with really unusual tapas style food options and a good selection of vegetarian dishes. The food lives up to the brand, it's full of flavour and beautifully presented.
This restaurant was opened last year. I must say i’m impressed! Food was good nice service and atmosphere in the heart of Soho! Will definitely return again
A quirky restaurant, in a great location in the heart of Soho. The food is served as tapas with 3 dishes per person recommended. This can add up, but rest assured the food is worth a try. The cocktails were a weak point for me, but then again, I only tried the margarita. The restaurant is also incredibly loud, making conversation pretty tough, so sit close! All said and done, the food was good so it was definitely a worthwhile experience.
Drinks are great. Highly recommend the octopus!
Delicious, interesting sharing dishes. All three diners really loved our food! Would definitely recommend and return.
I thought the food was fantastic!! I bought a voucher from Timeout and in terms of value for money it was great. We had 6 dishes in total and we were perfectly full by the end. The dishes came out staggered which was great and it was ideal for sharing. The service was really good, they were very attentive and on hand if we needed anything. The restaurant is super stylish, modern and it has a good ambience. If you are looking for a place in central which has great food, lovely ambience and good service then this is a good place to go. Perfect as well if you're going to the theatre after, as its so close to everything. I would definitely come back to eat here again!!
Absolutely sublime! An unexpected jewel in a city bustling with overpriced fine dining & street level generic chains. Service was very friendly & helpful esp with wine recommendation & the concept of the restaurant. Thoroughly enjoyed a unique experience, my parents were beaming from ear to ear with every delight we sampled!
Brilliant food - the flavours were wonderful, very fitting considering the name of the restaurant. I can recommend the deep fried feta with honey and walnuts from the small plates, and the smoked goat from the large plates was fantastic. Oh and don't forget the milk chocolate and caramelised bacon ice-cream - a must try. Oh and their own brew beer was a perfect accompaniment!
Will definitely be returning.
Staff were very friendly, however food didn’t really stand out from an average tapas bar. A bit bland.
Quirky, friendly staff, new what they were talking about, i keep coming back and will come back again very soon through work as well as with the wife
Great concept of taking more traditional dishes and adding a twist. We enjoyed trying as much as our bellies would allow. All the dishes we ordered were tasty. The restaurant is stylish and cool in decor in great location in Soho. The service was a bit slow. We were seated for almost an hour before someone took our order. That didn't bother us too much as we had so much to catch up
the dishes were very small more like a tapas. there didn't seem to be any real sides to go with the dishes. left the restaurant still hungry after doing the lunchtime special. Service was good, it wasn't busy so there was no buzz or ambiance. the decor was nice.
Great food. Really lives up to the name Flavour! I highly recommend eating here.
We had a really good time celebrating our 5 year anniversary. The food was very nice and fancy (we don’t normally go to fancy places so it was a nice change). Plus the service was so good. I’m not sure of our lady’s name but she had a lip piercing and she was really nice and helpful! Thank you guys
The food itself was excellent - their name is well-deserved. However the portions were simply too small. There was nothing substantial enough. One of our party suggested going for chips afterwards! If it was France, you'd at least have an endless supply of bread on the table.
Great shame - the cooking ideas were really good - but it didn't suit hungry people.
What a unique place... love the concept & atmoshere ..study the bastardised artwork. Made us feel welcome and made sure we had a great night
Very decent food, not amazing but very good; Service was friendly but a bit confused, for example we were never told the specials, only discovered there were some when we got the dessert menu. We got wine by the glass, 3 glasses were fine, the 4th one was obviously the utter end of a bottle or the start of a corked one so it was quite unpleasant. So all in all it was a good dinner, not that memorable, not perfect, but good so 3 out of 5 stars.
Average, not sure what the hype is about. White bean and chorizo donuts the highlight, the rest a little bland/odd. Service was good and so were the cocktails. Probably good for drinks and snacks but wouldn’t rush back for dinner. Phoning to reconfirm bookings just made online is just a pain too.
Honestly some of the best food I’ve had in London. The smoked goat blew my mind. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It certainly won’t be my last visit.
Inventive and original flavours. Service feels a little rushed. Ambience is fairly anodyne.
Dishes were delicious but very small indeed! We were a group of 5 and trying to share a dish between more than 2 people was near impossible as you'd each get a teaspoon of food.
Some interesting flavours, personal taste will dictate whether you like them all, or not.
Felt a little chaotic and disorganised like they'd just opened.
Lady Lavanda cocktail and house beer were just right.
The duck prosciutto special was so mouth wateringly good I got it twice! All the plates came in a great rhythmic and timely manner. Food presentation and staff was impeccable. We especially liked that the head chef/owner came over and talked us through the specials at the beginning and his passion for good food experiences really came across.
Will highly recommend and definitely visit again!
Some dishes were tasty but other were bland.
I think the air con had broken so we where sat by a portable unit pumping out hot air so boiled till they open a side door.
They told us when we arrive we had the table for 90 mins. They twice tried to clear away and we had to tell then we were waiting for more dishes (that we ordered at the start!) So were there for 2hrs eating 6 plates.
Amaze amaze amaze. Will definitely be a regular here. Absolutely loved it.
First time we ate there entertaining friends. A tapas type menu with very original tastes. A touch of Asia, Middle East and The West. Great service and original tasty food.
Great food and a busy, noisy atmosphere. My one criticism would be the speed at which the food was delivered; it started to arrive before we’d even got our drinks, so I felt somewhat rushed.
Loved loved loved it, amazing food.... fab service....
Great food and nice relaxed atmosphere. Mussels and pork belly were excellent, as was the white choc and lavendar doughnut on the specials menu.
This was my first visit and I would certainly go again and have no reservation in recommending this to others. Very tasting and imaginative food, fit for sharing.
I loved it here... the food was so creative and packed with flavour! The staff were very attentive and informative, and the restaurant had a great buzz about it
