Was 'ok". We got probably 1/4th of the meat advertised. The salad bar was ok. We saw our waitress twice. It was interesting to experience but the 130 bill for 2 was pricy for what we ate. Now we know what its like and we probably won't be back just based in the shear cost.

Overall a great experience. My husband and I love coming here for a special occasion. Service was great. And the food was great- servers were constantly coming around with fresh meats- so what could you not like?! Appreciate the consistency in food, drinks and overall service at Fogo.

Everything was really great. Servers were very attentive. When asked if we wanted specific types of meat/cut they would send them over not long after. Good was delicious. Salad bar wasn’t my favorite but I was kept happy with the meat. Overall it was a great experience and we will be back!

Great dinner! I’ve been here before but tonight was the best experience. It was earlier on a Thursday night so we beat a bunch of the crowd.

My husband and I have been to Fogo be Chao several times but this was the first time at the King of Prussia location. We were not greeted by our waitress. The chair was dirty. After finding a waiter I asked her to wipe down the seat….she was annoyed. We had to look for waiters all night for service. We even found a manager and asked if he could get us a drink. The food was ok. Not what we are used to at Fogo de Chao. The servers need more experience cutting the meat. They were not slicing….they were chunking. They were very apologetic but they just need more training.

We had a good time; only downside that it was extremely crowded and we had to request certain meats due to being walked past. I don’t believe it was intentional because it was a dinner rush . Overall it was a good vibe and experience
Food is always great and service usually is also. I understand it’s impossible to hire people right now, so how about not booking to 100% compacity and over work your main servers. It took over 15 minutes for our drinks to arrive all 3 times we ordered drinks and twice got drinks not correct. Whole lot of suits walking around, when you see your servers overloaded maybe you should try helping out.

I have been to Fogo in center city a few times. I realize this is in KOP but I was expecting the same type of atmosphere. It wasn’t. The bartenders acted like they were in outer space, blank, vapid stares as you are ordering. Our table was meh, right near the buffet/salad bar. There were no plates for the salad bar and the same meats kept coming around, chicken and sirloin. We had to repeatedly ask for other meats. No water refills or a waiter asking if we needed anything only staff coming over to clear our plates. One person in my party ordered the Chilean sea bass. It arrived hot but was fishy smelling and tasting. It was sent back but no apologies or offer to make it right by the manager. The women’s bathroom was gross. No hand towels to dry your hands, dirty sinks and the stalls had toilet paper all over the floor and empty area where seat comers should have been. One of the two sinks had a trickle of water that came out for washing your hands. Floor was slippery by the end of the bar and straws all over the floor. Very disappointing overall for the price. Will not ever go back or recommend the place.

This was a good visit… the pandemic is making all restaurants short staffed and they were doing the best they could without turning away people. Distancing was pretty good.
Great customer service and environment. Wait time wasn’t long and food was great. This was my 2nd visit and won’t be the last.
All in all a very nice experience.

Sons 10th bday
This was our first time at this branch of Fogo. Having been disappointed in the center city Fogo we decided to give the chain a second chance. I’m glad we did because everything about the experience was better! Great salad bat options, wonderful meats and a sublime chocolate cake for dessert.

Everything good as expected for a Brazilian steak house meaning expect a certain amount of salt. Biggest complaint is that my son ordered a fountain soda which showed on check as a bottle. $3 a glass with no refills means children and adults not wanting alcohol will pay a high price drinking anything other than iced tea.

I debated on completing this review as I don’t really like to give negative feedback however this should be addressed. We were just here on Sunday w/our son & had great service. Yesterday we dined here & asked for sparkling water. We got a small bottle. Never has this happened but when we asked why, we’re told by a young male “it was cheaper.” A couple comes and sits next to us & receives the large bottle. So now we asked our waitress & she said they didn’t have anymore big bottles but we pointed out that they just came & got a large bottle. She’s standing there, “so what do you want me to do?” Not an apology, just leaves and eventually comes back w/the large bottle & had the small bottle removed off the check. The couple next to us had ordered chilled lobster/shrimp & ate almost everything and then complained that he didn’t like it and was apologized to and comped as well. So we’re an interracial black/Hispanic couple and the couple next to us was Caucasian/Brazilian. My African-American partner was so bothered by this exchange as it’s impossible to not have felt discriminated against. We’ve never left a bad tip, been complainers or bad customers so this unapologetic & condescending(it was cheaper comment) is completely unacceptable. The other wait staff was great so I don’t want to make this an everyone issue however we won’t return.
