The meats come nonstop 🥳 clearing of your table immediately 😊 management walking around conversing with diners 🥰 food was amazing wide variety 🤤 romantic yet casual ambiance 🤗 all staff members were kind and beautiful smiles 😇

We ave a reservation for a party of 4 and we have to wait almost 30 min to be seated. Staff was nice but they were overbooked, they were too busy to do a quality service. I didn’t feel that was worthy to be there, definitely won’t be back, there’s a lot of options in Vegas. First time and last one.

Service was excellent and the gauchos were well-paced. Soup was really good but the offerings on the market table were less than other locations. Unfortunately, most of the meats were disappointing. Many of the beef were raw, despite asking for medium rare and some were so over-salted that they were not edible.

A lot of the meat was well done which is understandable but I wish they had more rare or medium rare to offer. Our waiter Justin definitely made up for that disappointment. He was outstanding in his service and quick to respond to any issues we had. Thanks to Justin we had an amazing experience.

First time here and definitely NOT the last. Exceptional customer service and the food is out of this world. The flavors, the variety of choices, the refillable lemonade you name it it’s just PERFECT! Only downfall, no indoor restrooms (due to upgrading) but they did have an outside potty bathroom. Highly recommend!

The service was great because several servers would check up on us, so we were never left waiting to find someone. All were very attentive. One of my caipirinhas was way too bitter from the lime. The food is great - when it comes around. Certain cuts of meat hardly came around, and when they did, the servers would tend to cater to the same tables, often skipping mine. And yes, I did have the coaster properly flipped. They’re currently renovating restroom, so they have temporary restrooms available. They’re better than port-o-potties, but still a rather gross experience, especially when water was leaking below the trailer and someone had to hose it away.
