This is a great place and I highly recommend it.
We had a great time last night in our dinner. Moises & his crew were very friendly & very welcoming. Food is overwhelming & dining hall is clean but women's toilets should always be maintained with toilet paper & paper seat cover. Overall we're happy & full.

Good is not fresh, when you pay this amount you except top notch fresh tasty food, HECK NO!!! it’s was like end of the day at the market were every thing is saggy and scattered on the salad bar.
Meat was not even near an ok experience, bread was nasty.
Floors were dirty, oil and soups spelled on the floor and one cared to wipe it off.
Never again to go to this place.
If you want to have a real Brazilian experience go to Texas De Brazil, deliciousness to your mouth and eyes.

Went to celebrate our anniversary and the service was great!
The only thing was the bartender kept coughing. He did have a mask on but it made us feel uneasy.

Food was great and our overall experience was okay. It’s very unfortunate that staffing is an issue everywhere not just here. Drinks took some time, food took some time and the sever was a bit hard to locate at times but we get it— we’re in this together.
This was our first time here. The food was excellent! The meats were so tender. The wines selection was very good and the wine pricing was amazing!
Horrible service. When they sat us, they told us our table was only ours for 2 hours due to it being a holiday. This should have been disclosed when making the reservation. We were there for an hour and only two people came to our table with meat. We then complained and all of the sudden we got more, but all we ever got was beef and one person with chicken. No lamb or pork and no where near the variety of beef cuts that are listed. What we got was good, but I will never come back here.

A great lunch deal! Full access to the amazing spread of their market table only $15 during lunch! Add a protein of your choose for about $7 more! Had wonderful salads and a delicious lamb steak!
Everything was great was just disappointed that they were out of eggs and waffles for brunch.
Our night started off slow after waiting for the meats for so long. We order well done meat which was a hassle considering everything is medium or rare. After the manager had realized we were waiting he made our experience go from bad to great. Moises made sure we got our meats then gave us a free dessert. Not only did he do that he gave us a discounted meal along with a gift card to return. Thank you so much Moises if we’re back in LA we will come back.
My family and I (party of 8) made 7:30pm reservations for Christmas dinner. We arrived on time and was met with the receptionist. I gave her my name and she added it to her IPad. She looked at me and said “I’ve added your name to the list and when the table is ready we’ll call your name.” She then looked at me and said, “I’m going to help the next person behind you.” It caught me off guard as unnecessarily rude but because it was so crowded and loud, I moved to the side. That was a precursor to the rest of the evening.
For the next hour, we sat in the lobby waiting to be called, given the same line of, “we’re clearing off your table right now” or “your table is just about ready.” Between the rude receptionist to them not honoring reservations on time, it put a damper on the evening.
I completely understand that holidays are a busy time for this restaurant, however the reception was completely lacking. We were finally seated at 8:37pm.
As we were being seated, my family and I noticed there was an entire set of tables that were not being used in the back of the restaurant. Literally on the busiest nights of the year they had an entire section of the restaurant closed. Extremely frustrating to see.
Overall everything was mediocre. The salad bar was abysmal. It’ll be a while before I frequent FdC. And I’ll likely never return to this location.

Not a very good experience on Christmas Day (previous time was good). The restaurant was overbooked and short staffed.

They need to do something about the wait for reservations on Christmas. I waitlisted 45 minutes for a reservation at 5pm. My server forgot our drink order and brought it towards the end of our meal. She didn’t offer us desert before bringing us the bill. I understand that the restaurant is probably understaffed, but I think they also overbooked. I love coming to this place, but I might avoid it during Christmas and go to a more organized restaurant instead.

It was my mothers birthday and decided to celebrate here . The moment we sat down we got helped but wasn’t the server himself with taking our drink orders . Then the server came right after and wanted us to order quick which was frustrating because it was our first time and we had just sat 5 min ago and already felt pressured to order . Once we did party of 8 decided to do the bar with the unlimited meats . By the way they all did such an amazing job attending us with meat selections that met our preference in how cooked it was. The problem was the servers we had TWO servers and the whole time we were there they only came to our table that one time to take our orders and another when I called one to ask for more bread . They did not once bother to come again to check on us with all our empty glasses of water . Once we asked for the check found it quite bothering that they stood there waiting for us to give payment when throughout the whole time dining they didn’t come check on us. I felt quite disappointed as a first timer here.

Visited the LA location. Fogo is one of our favorite places to eat. With that said, the meat was probably the best we’ve had in any location across the country. The Market bar was severely lacking. Not nearly as much selection as other stores, not even as much as a close location, Irvine. The food that was available was not exactly visually pleasing as well. With that being said, this was without a doubt the worse service at any location we have been to. We could not even get water. When we finished our meal, we still had not received our wine, sparkling water, or my sons dessert. The ambiance was subpar. We won’t be returning to this location.

It's been a while since I have had such great service and delicious food at the same time. Everyone went above and beyond to take care of my family during dinner. The staff also went out of there way to take care of my daughters dolly. Very impressed with everything. We will be coming back!
The restaurant was busy but the staff was still very friendly. However, the people serving the meat would constantly miss our table (we were unfortunately seated in the middle), or would also run out of meat before reaching our table. We spent more time waiting for food rather than actually eating. We made multiple servers aware as well as a manager but nothing was done. We we’re able to try 4 kinds of meat that they served. We definitely did not get the “FULL EXPERIENCE” we decided to just pay the bill and leave. It was not a very pleasant experience and I don’t think we will be coming back.

The service was excellent. The food was delicious and they even celebrated our Holiday dinner with complimentary dessert. We will definitely be coming back.

Always great service and food. We had our reservation at 5:45pm, but with horrible traffic jams on Freeway 10 from Santa Monica, I called and told that we would be late. They said that it is not a problem to make our table ready at 6:15pm. Very customer oriented restarant.

I would recommend Fogo de Chao to a friend, but I would highly recommend then going to the one in Beverly Hills. Beverly Hills location was much more attentive when it comes to the serving of the meats and you don't feel so rushed at that location.
In the Los Angeles location, you feel rushed but then yet the meats do not come by your table as often and you have to ask the server for more meat selections.

The table we sat at was too close to the party of 6 that was extremely loud.
AND we sat at our table for almost 15 min before anyone greeted us for drinks or explain the workings of the dinning experience.
Once they did, everything else was good.
Fogo de Chao is my most favorite restaurant ever, especially when visiting California! It’s a must that I visit each and every time I come! Can’t wait to come back! The brunch and cocktails were my favorite! Best waffles ever!

We were sat promptly...and thats where we sat for 15 minutes before we were greeted by a very sweet waitress who took our drink order. Another 15 minutes later we got our first service of very bland undercooked meat, then another, same bland and way undercooked. The same cuts of meat came 3 more times before getting a different option. The salad bar was lacking and dirty. Worst experience ever.

The food is amazing, the drinks were so delicious, we were very impressed with their cocktails. What was most impressive was the staff. All staff members were helpful, friendly and welcoming. Even though they were busy they took the time to recommend and check on us. My wife and I loved it here.

Managers aren’t the best! I fell because the floor was super slippery and no one helped me up until my friend saw me and the manager came out and tried blaming it on my shoes?! You gotta be kidding me. They did not help me nor did they offer me a discount or something. Just ice???? They later said the desert was on the house but I didn’t want desert. Not happy with the manager. Blaming me for falling? You got to be kidding.
