They were closed due to some fire. They should have the courtesy to inform confirmed reservation of this. We were 8 people looking forward to eating there.
Went for a birthday lunch. Great service. Great food. Enjoyed it a lot
This place was fantastic. The servers were so kind, the food was delicious. Come hungry!! Ps. Don’t eat too much from the bar that’s how they trick you into not eating so much meat.
Very bad valet service ı waited more than 1 hour for my car
Having been there before, this time the service was rushed. Though the restaurant was moderately empty, the service was average. Our bill was substantial as we were 6 for dinner but not sure I would go back.
Food was ok, needed more seasoning and a little more salt. Beans were way to salty.waiter seemed like he didn’t want to be there and kept seeing how much I was eating looked pretty scared á how much I ate.
Our service was absolutely terrible. We were ignored for most of the night. When our waitress came with the check, she had put the drinks we had gotten as top shelf liquor when it was not. Then she had an attitude when we asked for her reasoning. Really disappointing.
Very friendly staff, excellent service and good ambiance!!
Good choice of cuts of meat , always asking what you prefere , high quality for the buffet
Best brasilian in Miami, better and better than Texas do Brazil
Great food. Outstanding service as always . Look forward to going back
It was a great experience. The food was delicious and the service was spectacular!
The food was great. But the service even better, Nelson is a fantastic waiter, also management went out of their way to make sure we were fine. I will certainly come back when I'm in Miami again.
Wonderful service as usual. Left this location VERY SATISFIED!
They locked the door on us because we were 2 minutes late. It was as though the food served to us was the last stock of the day and they wanted to get rid of it with us.
Our waitress did a great job but her team let her down.
Not enough food passed on skewers. Variety lacked... having been to Chima, I expected more. It was also extremely cold in restaurant. Best food was really the pan de Bono and mashed potatoes... I won’t be coming back.
Really delicious. Bring a sweater it is cold inside.
Gauchos did not frequent table often. Had to request assortment of meats that were on menu but not seen by gaucho servers to taste all of what was promised on menu. Meats were under cooked and had to request temperature of meats cooked to slightly more to a medium well to medium temperature range. According to menu, it said Brazilian Cuts were $47, but bill said $54.95... when asked manager he said that’s the price?
Valet at $16 plus tip for 1-1/2 hours is pricey.
Don’t anticipate coming back to this location, other locations (Orlando and BeverlyHills) much better.
