A wonderful afternoon and delicious food at Fogo de Chão. Chef Michael personally chatted with us including divulging his recipe for seasonings on my favorite meat there, the lamb chop and lamb steak. First we indulged ourselves with a visit to the extremely varied offerings on the market table. They have quite the selection of many sides, salads, vegetables, fruits, as well as things like smoked salmon and freshly sliced prosciutto.
I should mention they are taking appropriate precautions for this particular Buffet style offering. They have a well marked flow for traffic around the Buffet and at the entrance to this a greeter will be sure you are wearing your Mask and that you sanitize your hands using the nearby large dispenser. After I completed my selections I again sanitized my hands before I returned to my table. You can easily make a full lunch from the many offerings of the market table as well as a side station which offers rice, soups, and breads.
I had chosen the gaucho lunch which, besides access to the Market Table, allowed you to select one type of meat and to get unlimited offerings of that. I chose the lamb which was offered to me both as a lamb steak and lamb chops. As always quite delicious. My husband went for the full experience which offers multiple selections of meat as gauchos come by at regular intervals to see what meat you might want to try next.
Since this was a birthday luncheon I also enjoyed their molten lava cake dessert complete with fresh whipped cream and two scoops of ice cream.

The food was ok. We took the whole experience but the servers were rushing us to the point that we couldn’t enjoy the food. Even if you said no it was a constant rush. It was so rushed that i didn’t have time to go up to the salad bar and enjoy that. I understand the space is limited and they want to get people out of there fast but we spent $200 for two people and we deserved to have a relaxed dinner. Probably last time we visit.

Worst steak house, sever got the wrong bottle. Definitely not coming back. Not worth the money. Payed for the “whole experience “ and the only thing I enjoyed was the wine.

Every cut of meat is cooked perfectly would recommend.
It was incredibly bright. It was as if they turned the lights up to set up the dining room, and just left them at the maximum level for the dining experience. There was no ambiance, though the room had great potential.
I feel badly for the chef. Its a shame his work has to be experienced under such lacking atmosphere.

The dining experience was great with the exception of going over the menu with the waiter. He assisted with accessing the menu via barcode, then attempted to go over the menu. This was not a good idea for 2 reasons - First, between his mask and face shield it was extremely difficult to hear or understand him; Secondly, the waiter should have left the table after providing access to the menu. After all, with the menu being on your cell phone(Extremely Difficult to see) - more time should be allotted to review it. The waiter attempted to perform his spiel, but I could not follow. This was my first dining experience with Fogo De Chao and it was Great - just wish I could have seen the menu.
This was our first time at fogo de chao. My girlfriend was excited to go since we had such a good experience at another Brazilian steakhouse restaurant. Our food at fogo was disappointing. The meat was all bland. There were a few decent items but we both stopped accepting any additional meat early on. The service was great and the staff was friendly. I also made a note that it was my girlfriend’s birthday but there was no mention of it.
Our team is sorry for falling short, as we always want birthday celebrations to be amazing. We hope you visit us down the line, as we are sure we can meet your satisfaction.

I experienced it, the food wasn't impressive. The mashed potatoes aren't authentic. Some of the beef was salty for some reason. The food and service was mediocre. The waiter made it known it was his second day. I won't be back. My 8 and 11 year olds even asked why we didn't go to the one with the orange fire on the name (lol, their competition). I would've had a better experience in a diner.

I was kind of disappointed with the Philly location. We had to keep asking for food because the people carving were constantly taking care of the people outside instead of the people that made reservations for inside dining. I did not feel the food was worth the price tag. Alot of the chicken was very dry. Will not go back to this location.
It did not compare to the King Of Prussia location.

Our meal was very good. We went with the full experience and it was totally worth it. Everything was tasty and the service was polite and attentive without being intrusive.
The only thing that I would have liked better was if they were a little more explicit about the little slip of paper with a QR code was the menu.
Should specify online that restaurant week only applies to take out orders...not after you arrive for your reservation.

The salad bar could've been a little better. Food was bland meat was good. My waiter took so long to bring anything I asked for and I waited for my check 30 minutes before I walked to the front to ask for it. For the money paid could've been better.

There were a lot of spaces between the tables and staff were following good safety precautions. With these safety measures, I felt good about the dining experience.
The social distancing was adequate but when we enter and shown a table, we requested a different table and was told by the host those tables were being held for larger parties to be put together. Then 10 after we are seated someone was seated at the table we requested. When the servers came around some only wore the face guard and no mask, not good when you’re holding a tray of food and speaking right over it. The some gauchos were rude when requesting a specific temperature of meat. Then those same guachos you requested the meat from just avoid your table so as if not to deal with your request. That is not to say all were like that some did come back when they had the right temperature of meat on their spits. If it wasnt for the service and the lack of masks on some of the service staff I may have rated higher.
We apologize for the behavior of our team members, as no gaucho should be rude when a guest is requesting their cuts. We hope you choose to visit us down the line.

Always great customer for many years
I made a reservation during restaurant week for a birthday and was told WHEN WE ARRIVED that they were not participating in restaurant week. Bummer.
Still, we sat down and planned to enjoy dinner. Before we could order drinks, we are bombarded with different cuts of meats and some selections from the salad bar. (Due to COVID, you are not able to go to the salad bar on your own.) We felt extremely rushed to consume our food.
Tables were 6 ft apart and servers were all wearing masks and face shields - felt safe to dine during COVID however, we could not hear a word they were saying.
A manager walked by to ask how we were doing, so we placed our order for drinks with her. A Coke, a glass of wine and a cocktail took about 15 minutes to arrive. By this time we are already stuffed with salty meat and we were ready for our drinks.
The ribeye, lamb and pichana were the freshest and tastiest meat they offered. The chicken, pork, and filet were pretty dry and salty. We had the new york cheesecake for dessert -- it had a creamy texture, great taste (definitely recommend).
Our server was nice however, it seemed he was new and inexperienced.
Overall, the service took too long for the drinks/dessert and the meats weren't great... The bill did arrive quickly though (although we didn't ask for it yet). This is not our first time here and we remember the quality of meats to be better.
Wouldn't recommend if you're going for date night or want to catch up with friends... There is someone coming by every 30 seconds interrupting your conversations! Also wouldn't recommend if they're not participating in restaurant week.

It must be challenging to offer the same experience with the social distancing guidelines. However, as much as they tried, the service was poor, not enough gauchos, we had to be calling the server for more various times, and even when asked they didn’t come with our requests. The meat was not the same, some cuts really hard. They are probably understaffed to the point the ladies bathroom was a complete mess.
