   Our family was visiting from out of town for my husband’s birthday. They were excited to eat at their favorite place. The staff was less attentive than we expected. They offered to bring sides, forgot so we had to ask. They took dirty plates and offered clean ones, but forgot. Had to ask for water and second drinks aft 45 minutes. I had to clean dirty salad plates off the table. No acknowledgment of my husband’s birthday.

   Everything is delicious, but today the service was really disappointing, you never saw a waiter, one of the guys that serve the picaña PABLO was really service, but nobody paid attention you us… so sad 😩

   Mario was fantastic. He explained everything since this was our first experience, and had a great sense of humor. He was prompt and attentive, addressing all of our needs. And I love his accent!

   The food is great, service was not the greatest at the Woodlands location. We were there at 2 pm, we were seated right away, however the waiter had other more important things to tend to than our table. Our sides got there half way though our meal, we would ask for water or bread and he would say it will be right out but never bring it. The food as always is amazing but the service lacked.

   Overall service level outside of the meat servers was lowest quality I have ever experienced at this location. We went for my daughters birthday and noted that on the reservation, nothing was mentioned or said by any of the servers, we were going to do desert, but service was slow so didn’t want to wait. We were sat next to servers station and I figured it would have been easier for them to refill drinks change out plates etc, but fell way short. We were asked the age of the 2 kids we had in the party were to make sure the bill was correct, along with how the check would be split by who I assumed was a manager, another server came and brought the check after a long wait and bill was not split as discussed, but decided to close tab so we would not waste the rest of afternoon waiting around to fix it. I don’t think I will return to the this location for special occasions or entertain clients in the future after this experience.

   Really love how accommodating servers were. They constantly made sure we were good. Food was savoring. Delicious. Can be on the pricey side but if you’re able to splurge it’s worth it. Given the high volume the restaurant had (Father’s Day) again as I said the servers were very accommodating. Definitely would recommend.

   I had 2 more guests than reservation was for, they were able to accommodate us and we were seated at the requested time. The service provided by all was awesome. Our server, Giana went above and beyond. I preferred it much better than the Westhemier location, except for the size of the restaurant.

    It was great! The staff was very nice and engaging. We had a fun time getting their input on our family feud over the new Drake album. And we were sat next to other families with kids which was perfect as they all played around and talked to each other.

    Took my husband for his birthday and was sadly disappointed. I had been before and had had a much better experience. We paid for the experience, our waiter that first took care of us was great but we had told him we had already been there and he gave us the whole lay out of the restaurant and explained how everything worked. It was ok he was kind enough and probably the best part of the experience. Some food needed salt, did get a couple cuts of meat that were seasoned properly. But some of them had me wishing for steak sauce 😳. I think where we were seated, we got over looked a lot. Didn’t have many people stopping at our table. I found myself waiting 20-30 minutes before getting another person at my table with one of the meats. I will say the Filet Mignon did not disappoint! Cooked really well. The food was good enough just May have had my expectations set too high this time around as my last experience was much much better.

    Overall the food was good. However, a gaucho did serve me a couple of slices of steak that smelled freezer burnt. And I was served a lamb chop that was well-done and bone dry. Most of the meet was served med-well. But I prefer mid-rare. The drinks and desserts were good too. The servers were great.

    The meat was dry. I took my husband for his birthday he did not enjoy the food as the majority of the meat that was brought out to him was dry. I wish that I could have a do over as it ruined his day.

    This is my 3rd time at this specific location for Fogo de Chao. My husband and I have always held this as one of our coveted favorites, but we have noticed that the offerings at the salad bar (which we normally flock to) have really diminished. The options have become so limited that we no longer look forward to it. Those things that are offered have just been okay, but not great…nothing that we couldn’t do at home. The meat, as always, is cooked and served to perfection, but comes around quite a bit less…you’re not offered everything, but are left to request most things if you want them. Service is great, but the overall experience just doesn’t seem worth the money anymore.

    We dined last Friday, 5/27/2022, Memorial Day week-end. It was a gift from my son for Mother's Day. Boyfriend and I sat outside on the patio and because of where we sat, we both felt that we compromised on service due to being outside. We asked at least 5 servers for more (Pork) ribs but never got them even though we were there for 2 hours. Nice outside atmosphere despite warm weather. The outside fans made it comfortable. We may or may not eat there again. Menu is overpriced in my opinion. More items need to be added to Market Table.

    Service was terrible. We had to ask for meat the whole time otherwise they wouldn’t come to the table with it. It was very loud. They bought 3 glasses of wine which we didn’t ask for and then over charged us. The waiter said “oh it happens all the time”. We will never go back there.

    We always enjoy our time there even if it is expensive. The meat selection is always appreciated, but there seems too be not enough instances where we see the ribs/pork loin/ribeye. Got tired of being offered "chicken legs". At least make it sound appetizing, I don't feel great paying 60 dollars for "chicken legs".

    We had the marketable lunch on the patio, and had the area to ourselves for most of the meal although it was crowded inside. From start to finish, the service was extremely attentive, with servers checking on us frequently. We were brought glasses of ice in addition to water without asking since the weather was warm, and a fan was placed nearby to keep us comfortable. The salad bar was fresh as always, and all items were replenished frequently. The homemade squash soup of the day was delicious. I continue to bring friends here often for churrasco meals as well as market table since I've never been disappointed and the view on the water is one of the best in The Woodlands.

    It was our 23rd wedding anniversary and we almost always choose Fogo de Chao, as we did this time. The food was great, but we were set at a table right next to the soup, rice & beans and had a lot of traffic around us. I ordered a second drink when they brought my husband his & never received it. We also spent 20 minutes waiting for desert, which was hardly up to the standard which we normally get, & another 10 for our check. This is very unacceptable for a restaurant such as Fogo de Chao.

    This was our first time dining at Fogo de Chão Woodlands. I have to highlight the outstanding service and attention from Mari our Sommelier/Manager and our server Will. They truly made our anniversary celebration memorable explaining everything about the unique offerings from the sides, the different cuts of meats and a long discussion on our wine selection. We truly had a fine dining experience. All the staff tended to us with care, attention and friendliness. Will definitely be going back.

    They had no salad at the salad bar. The manager was great in handling things so I need to give her credit but the dining experience was horrible. Again Mari the manager was exceptional at handling the frustration so this is no reflection on her. But the experience is one that I doubt we will ever go back. But who knows

    The food is always good here, but the service is always poor. After my server brought my food, he never came back to check on me. I waved him down a couple time for bread and a straw.
