Birthday celebration was good, the service was a bit slower than we’ve experienced in the past
I know it was restaurant week so they tend to serve people less food, but we only had 3 guys pass by our table with food. Very disappointed. I will be going to Chima next time.
We very much enjoyed our visit. We loved the decor and the outstanding meal. Each cut of meat had flavor and it was a different flavor for each, I am told. I am a vegetarian and yet I found plenty of wonderful options. Loved the fresh asparagus, tomatoes, and salads. The ambience was very pleasant. The service was superior. We were catered to and made to feel special. It was my husband's birthday and we were pleased to have had a delicious cheescake to with a candle as the "topping on the cake". Very enjoyable and certainly memorable.
Yet another great meal at Fogo! We were thankful that Open Table found us a spot on a busy night.
as per usual, outstanding experience!
I've gone to FOGO many times, however, this was my last time there. Chima has better service than FOGO. We weren't served any meat until 30 minutes later - after we asked 3 servers. We barely had someone come around our table for steak or lamb.
The food was good service could have been better our server did not come to refill our drinks tell we were almost done. Took us asking 3 different time to finally get a coke we ordered when we first got there. I’ve been to the fogo in Washington DC and service was better there.
The service was great and the food was good! The salad bar has a large variety of items to choose from. There was so much food and the meat kept coming. The servers were very friendly and attentive. Our drinks never went half empty. And since we were celebrating my husband’s birthday, he got a free dessert with ice cream and a candle on top. We had a wonderful time!
Absolutely love the Churrasco at Fogo. Their meat is of exceptional quality. Always get my meat on at the Brazilian Meat Fest!!!
I was expecting a unique experience but similar to another Brazilian style restaurant in the area. Their salad bar was OK. The black bean stew was probably the best thing all night. The meats that came around all seemed more greasy than juicy. We decided to splurge on the tomahawk rib eye-a very expensive decision. It came to us over cooked and was very gamey tasting. Pretty disappointing. We wondered if we misunderstood what animal it came from. The saving grace was the sheer number if staff all trying exceedingly hard to please. I will add that we did go during restaurant week, but as I indicated, we ordered off the regular menu. I don’t think we’d come again considering we like the other restaurant much better.
food was delicious and service was very fast. Reservations at 5:00 and happy hour at 4:30. Perfect timing. Do the valet parking for $5, not the parking garage. Will definitely be back for Restaurant Week.
fabulous service. manager very helpful and makes sure the guest is having a great time.
While my reservation was 7:45PM, I was NOT seated until 8:15PM. It's about a 30-min delay. The reception was not polite, nor informative!
After seated, the waiter and other servants were very good.
We arrived at 7:25 pm for a 7:30 pm reservation. We didn’t to seat till 7:50 pm. After placing orders for drinks, it took 20 minutes to get any service for food. Our table was skipped over several times. Drink orders never arrived, had to ask the waitress twice about the drinks we ordered. It was truly a disappointment. We won’t be back.
We always enjoying to Fogo de Chao. The food and the service is good. Wednesdays are a great night to go because some of the wines are 50% off! It is a fun experience!
The service is amazing and the food just keeps coming. 😋
I visited for restaurant week and it was completely worth it! The staff was very friendly! The cold bar had a great selection. The meats were delicious, even though some were a bit salty and they lacked a rare option. I also found the mousse cake to be too sweet. It needed something slightly sour like raspberries. However, overall, I would definitely go back.
Service is slow. You have to flag down your wait staff.
Watch the menu price for wine vs what’s on your bill.
Fantastic service as we were continually asked for meat selections when our green card was exposed. The service was personable and friendly and the manager checked in with us as well. the FDC experience was a lot of fun for my family and I and I would highly recommend it as a group dining experience.
This is an absolutely excellent steakhouse. Our party had a wonderful, great time! We have not had better experience at any other restaurant.
Go hungry. Great place to celebrate and super salad bar. Great service, and wonder location.
Only thing I did not like was that even though we were just a party of two, the server collecting our check added gratuity and did not tell us about it. I do believe it was higher than the standard 15/18% also.
It was amazing!! The service was great. The people was extremely friendly.
Lovely ambience with excellent wine cellar, rather spacious compared to the Philadelphia location, and much more clean. Ample seating. However, our party was repeated served the same meats. We had to request more variety. Served were slow to serve meats also. Ample room around the salad bar which was refreshed and plentiful, as well as side dishes. Side dishes were cold. It needs more fruit options. Tough to get water glasses refilled though. Shrimp appetizer had a weird fishy taste. Staff were friendly yet I didn’t really care for the rotating of staff service and would prefer a single waitress/waiter. I usually like the apple salad but it was made with too much celery. Some of the meat either lacked flavor or was too salty. Chicken was a bit over cooked but lamb and steak not back. Pricey and just ok for food. But restaurant in nice area with shops, transit, etc. Valet parking was very reasonably priced compared to Philadelphia location and worth it. Self parking could be more costly. Oh and one person in our party was disabled. Restaurant was easy to get into with a wheelchair. However, tough for someone with a disability to navigate the salad bar area and to reach the buffet stations. No really good for kids or picky eaters.
Always a great place to eat.
It was my first time eating Fogo, the experience was great! I would definitely eat here again!
Everyone was extremely nice. My only complain is that there are as many options for the price.
The experience was great, I had one of the best Birthdays i’ve ever had, thanks to the amazing staff who took care of us.
Celiandro and Mary Jane were really attentive to us, made our dining experience amazing, the Gaúchos were always on point and on time, servers always there when we needed, and the table was always clean thanks to the staff.
The food was amazing, the only thing it needed some attention was the seasoning on the meat, was a little bland, a little more salt would be perfect, but everything else was perfect
Thanks for the wonderful experience.
Celebrating a new hire and employee coming back from maternity leave.
The salad bar didn’t seem as delicious this visit than before. Maybe nothing has changed, but I usually rave over the salad bar and was unimpressed this time.
Brazilian lemonade and meats were delicious, as usual.
Our server that was training was great and very friendly. The woman that was training her seemed grumpy and monotone. Didn’t have interest in conversing.
Great service , great food.
Great food and service!
Was disappointed that we told at least six people that came to the table we were waiting for beef ribs and garlic sirloin, and it took about 30 mins for anyone to bring it to our table (even though each person said they’d get it over). Also, we never were offered sauces and only knew about them when they were brought to another table.
Last, neither my friend or I were drinking, yet multiple times we were kept asked about alcohol and one server even came up and said “I think drinks are missing from this table”. It was annoying.
We had such a wonderful evening. The service was fantastic. When we requested a certain type of meat, they immediately brought it. Our server Curtis was exceptional. He went above and beyond to make sure my family was happy. Even the manager came and checked up on us. We felt like VIP. Thank you for making our night such a memorable and delicious one.
The staff, the ambiance and the food made this dining experience memorable. I enjoy the ribs and the rib eye steak. It was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The food was so fresh. The overall experience was superb.
Great, wonderful, amazing!! From the moment we walked in till we left. The service is spot on, the food is so good! Always enjoyable.
Meat was extremely salty. Rice was very salty. Are they getting salt free? Salad bar was mediocre. Overall bad experience for a $300 dinner. Never again.
First time back since the new addition to our family. Quickly sat, drinks came almost immediately. Excellent service end-to-end. Perfectly prepared meats. Will be back I the future. Alejandra is an asset to this location. She always provides my family and I with world class customer service, and is one of the reasons why we drive past three other locations in order to come to this one. Won’t regret the trip here.
My go-to fine dining establishment. Server Jimmy Romero is always accommodating, attentive, and Johnny-(Jimmy)-on-the-Spot with whatever you need to make your dining experience the best it can be. All servers/employees make it a delight to dine. Thanks Tysons Team!
Staff was welcoming and friendly. Service was beyond excellent. Food was amazing.
