We went at 5:45 on a Friday so it wasn’t busy yet and it took the server about ten minutes to acknowledge us after we were given a table. We ordered our drinks and got the Churrasco special which is what almost everyone does. The drinks we ordered were Limonada and two wine samples. The drinks did not come for about twenty minutes. Then after my partner decided which wine to get, another ten minutes to get the actual glass of wine. The meats were really good and the servers were pretty responsive to the green vs red side of the cards. Overall my favorite thing was the candied bacon on the market table (I think that’s what it is called.) I am not sure if they need more servers or better training for the servers but that was really the worst part of the visit. TL/DR: Food: great Service: Meh

The service was phenomenal along with the food if only i had a bigger appetite to try every meat they served. Atmosphere was great there was never too long of a wait and their salad bar was amazing too. By far one of the best restaurants I've ever been too and will be going again in the mere future. Thank you everyone at Fogo de Chao

We did the $63 package which included ribeye in fillet, but we had a difficult time getting either of those steaks. When the fillet finally came out, it was so rare even the outside was red. Very disappointed for the price. It was $200 a couple and the best meat was pork chops!

We have visited several Fogo de Chao (mostly in the Dallas area) and visited this location after a 5 hr road trip. Our family of 4 ordered the Churrasco experience which would include all the cuts of meat. During our multiple hour experience here, we were served one of the premier cuts of meat without asking. We asked for filet and it took over 20 minutes to arrive. We had to ask for bread, water, and simple service items. It even took quite some time to find our waiter to get our check to get out of there. It was really not a pleasant experience, especially considering we ordered the “premiere” meals. With that said, I want to point out two staff members that were excellent. One of the gentlemen serving meat named Chris was responsive, cordial and exhibited the best of service that we have seen in other Fogos and other restaurants. Thank you Chris!! Also, a staff member named Allen noticed my daughter was holding my cocktail glass with ice to relieve a sports injury she had on her hand. I appreciate that he noticed her AND asked if she needed ice for her injury. Not only did he show up with ice, but also with a bag to keep it from leaking. This sports mom greatly appreciated the attentiveness and kindness of Allen.

I visited Fogo de Chão on September 6 for my husband’s birthday, which was also my first time there, based on a recommendation from a family friend. We both tried the $39 special they had advertised. While the food was great, the service was disappointing. My husband ordered a Coke and waited over 10 minutes for it, while I ordered a cranberry juice a few minutes after him and received mine first. I had to remind the waitress about the complimentary sides and follow up on his drink. Even though our meat cards were on ‘yes please,’ we sat for quite a while without being approached by servers. It wasn’t until a manager or assistant manager checked in on us that servers finally came by with the meats. Although my husband did receive a complimentary dessert, which allowed me to capture some nice birthday pictures, it was the highlight of an otherwise underwhelming experience. Unfortunately, our first visit didn’t meet expectations, and we likely won’t be returning.

Staff seating us to the tables were confused it seemed and sat people before us thinking they already sat us. Food was good but super salty on some of the cuts of meat. Over all it was just ok nothing special!
