I love Fogo de Chao, it was my first time at this particular location. We ordered the 1 meat cut/picanha, it is usually very good but the meat yesterday was not very good quality. It was at the end they brought one that was tender. The manager did ask and said they were going to bring a better one, which they did 40 min later.

The service was terrible at the beginning. It took few minutes to start coming the meats and drinks. The manager came at some point but he was not very helpful. What saved the day was one of the Brazilian meat servers who helped out with the meats and started to bring all the food to our table. He changed our experience for much better, otherwise it would be very bad.

Have dined at others locations but first time here. The front of the house was on point. The food meaning meat courses were good and the salad bar was also good. The waitress was nice informative but at times seemed a little overwhelmed but overall not bad.

This was our first time at the new location. Thank God we knew the menu from the Coral Gables location already from the back of our hand. When they came with the happy hour menu, it was covered in food, and they only had one to offer us for the party of three. Now, the staff is super friendly and sweet. They are just disoriented, and it could be growing pains. But the food was cold, all of it. We ordered about six plates for the table. At least the little breads were fresh and hot. We could finish our water, and not until the end of our stay did they come and refill the glasses. We were having wine, and they never asked if they could bring us more, only if they could retire the glass. The food was on point in flavor—well, everything except the cream of papaya. It had little pieces of ice in the cream and wasn’t as creamy as the one from The Gables. The servers who came out with the food were disoriented. They sat our food at the table next to us on more than one occasion and oftentimes left something behind from our order to bring it after some time. For instance, we ordered The Bone and The Picanha burger along with lamb lollipops, and the lollipops took well over 30 minutes to show up. We were hopeful they’d be hot, but no, they were cold. It almost seemed like they barely got to freeze off. I’m not one to leave poor reviews, but this was needed. Unfortunately, this is the closest location to me. I love going to the gables for wine and a small bite, but it would be even more convenient to be at this location in 10 minutes.

My son chose this venue for his 18th birthday dinner celebration. Everything was perfect. I called early that morning and spoke to Ivette the sales manager, she made sure that everything was taken care of. Our server Christian was amazing. He went above and beyond attending to our needs, and making sure that it was a memorable occasion. By far one of the best experiences I’ve had recently. I’ve worked in hospitality all my life, and it’s very hard to find nowadays this quality of service. Kudos to you guys!

We had 3 servers constantly asking us if all was ok or if we needed something. Although one appetizer was missing, the Manager himself bought it to us within less than 5 mins. Wonderful evening.
