Our reservation was at 5 and our night was top notch. Cocktails and wine selection were great. We started with asparagus fries followed by lamb chops and filet. Ended with the amazing butter cake for desert. Service was superb. We will dine there again next time we travel through Boise.

Excellent service! Our server Katinka took the time to explain how several of the menu items were prepared and what they were served with. When we asked her opinion, she gave us input on a few of our possible dinner choices. She also made great recommendations for wine and desserts. She was very helpful and attentive all night. Service was prompt, easy going, and as we lingered a bit after dinner with dessert there was no pressure to leave. The food was delicious and the personal attention from our excellent server made for a perfect evening.

Our service was fantastic. The server was great and very attentive. The prime rib sandwich was kind of a letdown. It was just pretty bland. I think maybe it could’ve used a little more of the arugula or maybe a little more aïoli just something to give it a little more bold of a flavor.

This is our second year a in a row coming to Boise and eating at Fork. The food is *chef’s kiss* and the ambiance and staff are all good vibes. Highly recommend the onion dip with house potato chips and the prime rib if you’re there on Friday night. Absolute best prime rib I’ve ever had! The burger is also very delicious. While we waited for our table, we sat and had a drink at the beautiful bar downstairs, 8 Horses Lounge, and were able to bring our unfinished cocktails to our table. Both places are 10/10!

Great atmosphere. Located in an old bank building. Larger inside than we expected. Menu was very extensive and service very professional. Trout was delicious and we also enjoyed the key lime pie. Large portions.

We had a reservation (which I highly recommend) and arrived several minutes early. We were seated right away which I appreciated as some restaurants will not seat you if you are early. All all the staff are very friendly and efficient. We started with the asparagus fries. They were really good; my only comment is that the larger stalks were very fibrous and reedy on the ends. Those ends should have been shaved. Burger and fries-yum. Green salad with salmon-delicious and perfectly dressed (not drowned in dressing!). Fun cocktails, decent wine selection.

I love this restaurant and always have had consistent food and service. Our server today had to re-order my meal three times. He also said that it was taking a longer time to get our drinks because the bar had just opened but the table sitting right next to us had their drinks already? It was unusual service for one of my favorite restaurants, but I will definitely return because I have always had a good experience and good food in the past.

Sadly the prime rib did not live up to the hype in my opinion. Extremely fatty throughout and overall a tough piece of meat. Server was almost non existent until she decided to give me a lesson on prime rib. I was not happy as prime rib has been my favorite meat since I was in high school(long ago). I love fork for brunch but will not return for dinner. Although I wanted to pay for my meal…the manager nicely removed my meal from the bill.
