Great service and great food!!

We arrived after a 45 min drive and had gone through OpenTable. The hostess told is that open table never sent them the reservation and we were i shock. I showed her the reservation confirmation and we were sat right away. Our server was friendly, upbeat and funny. Food was excellent and we were not rushed at all. We had a really nice time and would definitely go back.

We enjoyed a fantastic dinner here as a Valentine's celebration. Sometimes when you dine out on a holiday the meals aren't up to the usual standard but that was not the case here. We were all very happy with our meals and the wait staff was great. I would definitely recommend that you check it out!

We love Fortunes restaurant. They are doing renovations so sometimes the noise is a little louder than usual, but all in all, it is fantastic. They will be seeing a lot more of us.

Excellent food and service. This is my first time here and was pleasantly surprised. It’s a beautiful restaurant and my meal was delicious. Prices are good, too.

HD a booth in corner that was quiet and nice for dinner conversation. Food delicious but portions more than generous.over all a nice evening.

I was only in there for an early lunch. Had Chowder and a pannini. Were were the only people in the restaurant at noon, so the service was just fine. Food was good, but it was just a sandwich.

Been to Fortunes numerous times. Met out of town friends at the Gatsby for the derby, then dinner at Fortunes. My 14 ounce “King cut” prime rib looked like a 10 ounce “Queen cut”. I advised the server I ordered a King cut. She assured me it was a King cut.... no way.... lucky if it was 10 ounces. My fiancée ordered Fra diavilo....
Disappointing. The seafood pieces were minuscule... the rest of our party expressed less than rave reviews also. We promote our town and were excited to take our friends to a nice restaurant in Batavia... not again, won’t be back.

we were placed in a back room. there was plenty of room in the main dining room. we did come in way earlier for our reservation but it felt like we were being punished. the waitress was very pleasant . she training a new person. the food was mediocre. the prime rib was half meat and half fat. way too much fat! I cook prime rib often at home and often at resturaunts often. I have never had it like that fatty.
It was my 74th birthday and was very disappointed.

I have eaten at Fortune's several times and have never been disappointed in their food. The service and food are always excellent. Would definitely recommend this restaurant!

We had reservations for 6:15. We got right in no wait. The services was wonderful.. OUr server Tracy was so nice and had our food to us nice and quick. The only negative would be the food wasn't hot when it came out. It was warm not hot. Everything else was wonderful.

Food and service was great! We had 5 adults and 3 kids. They were very accommodating.

food and service was phenomenal! we dined on new year eve and were suppose to recieve a free play with our dinner and we did not. other than that we will be back again.

I took my family out for dinner after we had our Christmas celebration. All of the staff were great. We had a reservation and they were ready for us. Our waitress was very good and tended to everything that we needed. The food was excellent! I have been to this restaurant many times for lunch and dinner, therefore thought my family would enjoy it and they did. Even one person who is quite hard to please. A very fine dining experience. I have recommended this restaurant to many others and have bought gift certificates. One of my favorite places to dine.

Went to celebrate my mother’s birthday

Food was excellent, always well prepared and hot. Service was good. The drink runner was very on top of our orders and was very friendly.

The food was amazing, the service was outstanding and the price was very reasonable.

Went there with a group of 8 family members to enjoy an evening out. Ordered a variety of dishes including steaks, seafood and pasta dishes and everyone enjoyed their selections. Portions were large and came with salad and fresh hot bread! I was surprised to see a Pinot Noir from Somoma, which several of us ordered and throughly enjoyed. There was also a large selection of NYS wines to choose from. Service was very accommodating also. After our awesome dinner, we enjoyed a little friendly gambling. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. We will be back!
