This was the second time in as many months that I had a disappointing experience with a Founding Farmers restaurant. With all the dining choices in my area, I won't likely return any time soon. Our server made several mistakes with our order, including our very expensive martinis. She couldn't appear to understand or hear us most of the time. The booth we were seated in had a huge rip in the seat. I also find that the FF menu never changes, and is really heavy on starchy, comfort food with few options for anyone needing healthier menu choices. The service was slow and inconsistent. While I understand that it is challenging to hire wait staff right now, and I have been much more patient when dining out, this was another disappointing experience. And it was my birthday - so I was even more upset as I could have chosen another restaurant where I think I would have had a much more positive experience.

My husband and I absolutely love dining at Founding Farmers. This was our first time at this particular location but the food and most definitely the service did not disappoint! Matt was great! He was kind, pleasant, and more than willing/able to answer questions about the menu. We were celebrating hubby’s 50 birthday and brought along 6 more people who had never eaten there before, who were all very pleased as well! We will be returning again! Hopefully real soon!

Service was slow even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. Portion size was extremely small given the cost. Flavors were excellent. This rating is more-so a cost comparison.
This was my first time coming to Founding Farmers for brunch. The food was very good for the most part. Maybe because it was a buffet, some of the items ended up being a little overdone. For example, the muffin under the eggs benedict couldn't even be cut with a knife. The waiter was attentive and made sure that our glasses stayed full and dirty dishes removed promptly. Although full, the restaurant did not feel overcrowded. We were not rushed to vacate the table, which was very nice.

Food here is always excellent, with a ton of tantalizing options for the Sunday brunch! The ambiance is classy, earthy, wholesome & family-friendly. I love everything about this place EXCEPT the relaxed policy on mask-wearing, staff included. This is the only reason they don’t earn a 5/5 rating from me. This is a concern, especially since young diners under 12 yrs (such as my son) are unvaccinated.
Expect to spend at least 2 hours here and have your waiter disappear for 10-20 minutes at a time when you need something. Everyone working appears extremely stressed out and rushed and the atmosphere is chaotic.

Poor service, wrong meal for me (and it was cold) - had to wait 10 minutes to get my correct meal, my wife and friends meal was cold too.
I did not ask to speak to manager but waitress told him about my experience…. He apologized.
Would not recommend to others.
The buffet would sometimes run out of items when I would go back to get food. It would be nice if the buffet table is always fully stocked al the time
Weekend brunch buffet is delicious and loaded with options! We got several plates per person. Staff was attentive and cleared plates quickly. Food was always available or quickly refilled.

I went with my husband for a Saturday brunch. For this Saturday brunch they did not have a lá carte option only buffet. I noticed some of the servers were not wearing masks and a great percentage of patrons were also not wearing masks. People were breathing on top of the food (none of the food had shields for protection). Closed to me at the buffet was a father with a child coughing non-stopping. The restaurant didn’t have a buffet supervisor to avoid this type of situation from happening. Since the food were exposed they should have required masks to go to the buffet area.
Met with college friends visiting from out of town. Our server was wonderful and let us sit there for a long time with no pressure. The food, although I don’t like buffets, was very good if just a little like warm instead of hot sometimes.
