Great food and decent prices, lovely seating areas with booths. Music plays in background and the decor and lighting is very relaxing!

I met a friend of a cruise ship on 16/08/24 and took her for lunch in the Fountain, booked for 12.45. We were seated promptly by very friendly staff and our order was taken. Unfortunately after 10 minutes we were told that the gas had gone off in the kitchen ! They apologised and we totally understood. But not wanting to have to go and find somewhere else for our lunch on a busy Friday in Belfast, we opted for the open prawn sandwiches which I have to say were lovely. As we were leaving we were informed that the gas was now on again. But all good :-)

Carvery is beautiful and staff are lovely. Our server Katie was a lovely courteous and pleasant girl had a lovely meal.

Wow, how many times have I walked past this place and missed an absolute gem?!? Stopped by for dinner at the restaurant last night and it was superb! The staff are super friendly, food was delicious and the price was very fair. Bonus, they were playing Taylor Swift all night! After dinner we headed downstairs and there was a table playing trad music, just a great atmosphere. Will be back for sure!

Waitress was ignorant a few times took her awhile to come for drinks orders. The roast beef was raw really undercooked and then after r meal the waitress came over asked us to leave that we could go to the bar with r drinks. Upstairs wasn’t busy and my kids were there so overall wasn’t a great Easter dinner experience

Over all service wasn’t great, had to keep going up to the bar to ask for service. Was very slow, food came out at different times. Everywhere said the carvery ended at 4 but when we asked for a dinner menu was told would have to wait until half 4 to order as they extended the time with no notice. Food was nice but felt we were forgotten about.
