The lively interior and atmosphere reflects the location, whilst also retaining the familiarity of the trusted, comfortable local – perfect for everything from fun dinners with friends and family gatherings, to a leisurely brunch armed with the weekend papers.
In addition to lunch and dinner, Foxlow Soho will open daily for brunch, which will include the famous Fried chicken, egg & croissant waffle. Theatregoers and value-seekers will love the set menu and on Tuesday nights (as with all Foxlow restaurants) customers will be able to bring their own wine, corkage free. Weekend brunching will take place from 10am – 3pm with several new brunch cocktails alongside bottomless Bloody Marys. And Sundays at Foxlow are well known for roasts, either Beef with all the trimmings or the new Chicken pot roast.
Great service and great food
Chilled breakfast vibg with a few unusual breakfast dishes to choose from. The food was good, well presented and bags of flavour. If you have a tea with your breakfast let it brew in the pot - the teabags take ages to permeate the water (just a minor point - but important!). Will definitely go again.
Great service and lovely calamari / steak but the Aubergine main was a rip off for £11.50. Half a breaded aubergine for that much money was just obscene. They cost 70p each. At least give me a whole one?
Really enjoyed my Sunday brunch at Foxlow. The food was lovely and our server was very knowledgeable and friendly. The table was reserved for a specific amount of time but we were not rushed to leave in any way. Would definitely come back to try more food. It's a great place for a catch up with friends.
Refreshing menu. Really enjoyed the steak and eggs. Seats a little uncomfortable but everything else excellent.
Good food and great service. Very relaxed and a winner in terms of value for money
The place itself was nice and not too loud to chat with friends. However, given the price, I found the food to be so-so. I had the scrambled eggs and smoked salmon on toast, none of which was particularly special, as the eggs were rather dry and the bread itself was mediocre. We were also a bit rushed by the server towards the end.
Great food and drinks. Great location. Awesome staff.
Loved this place! Didn’t realise it was linked to Hawksmore, but the quality of the food makes it obvious. All the staff were very cool yet extremely efficient, especially with a colleague and their allergies. Venue was excellent, Can’t wait to go back again.
Absolutely loved Foxlow - fantastic vegan options, really friendly staff, and taking advantage of the BYOB Tuesdays made it a cheap night out!
Outstanding restaurant! I’ve never had one complaint, I choose this place to take most of my clients, I’ve had Birthday celebrations, Christmas Lunches in here! Just great place!
A relatively quiet Sunday evening, but enough diners to create an atmosphere. Menu was varied and enticing. We had a vegan cauliflower dish and a vegetarian English Halloumi dish. Both were excellent although we both favoured the cauliflower.
Grapefruit spritz drink was delightful and refreshing. My dining partner said the wines were good (Sauvignon and Picpoul).
Staff were friendly and helpful. Service was timely, but we didn’t feel rushed.
Only negative for me - the confirmation email that says a party of two is limited to 1.5 hours. We weren’t affected, as it wasn’t busy and we stayed for longer, but that would put me off if it were enforced.
Food was great, service was fantastic
Menu - Steaks come with 2 sides but would be better if you could choose from all available sides as opposed to a more limited selection
Foxlow staff make this place. Always smiling, always helpful, always kind. They didn't have any gluten free buns for my chicken burger (sometimes they do) so they gave me a side salad for free. The kids meals are fantastic value and a good size. And as it was my daughter's birthday they brought her a delicious sticky toffee pudding dessert (also complimentary) with a candle. So lovely. Food is fresh and well cooked. Great location for theatres too. Highly recommend.
My third time here in 3 months. I took my team here for dinner first and we were blown away by the quality of the food. On this visit I had my family with my and my 10 year old declared the Cheeseburger to be the 'best in his whole life' - quite a complement from a devotee of Honest and 5 Guys. Service is great and its pretty good value - Tuesday is BYO and this week we enjoyed a 25% loyalty discount. I love the veggie options here too...
Food was great but service was poor. Really slow to get drinks, which we had to keep asking for even though it wasn’t busy. The guy behind the bar was going in slow motion.
Our sides didn’t arrive with the mains and after waiting a while we had to ask for them.
When the waiter finally gave us the sides, he said nothing and just plonked them on the table. By this point we pretty much had finished the mains so they were barely worth having.
Took my wife and 4 sons (aged 20 to 12) before the theatre. The chicken burger was absolutely fantastic. Boys loved it. Place is youthful and child friendly. Service is relaxed and friendly. Beef burger is not in the same league as the chicken. We eat out a lot and they are already nagging to go back. Place is quite mellow given the area and type of food.
Very nice place but the menu is a bit limited.
The rib eye is great.
Went for brunch - the chicken & croissant waffle was delicious. The breakfast burger had too many elements, but was well executed. Service was pleasant but disinterested. Had to ask for everything.
Nice place with very good food! Went with my wife and my 2 kids and we had a great evening. Great cocktails!
Outstanding experience at Foxlow Soho. Service was brilliantly personal. Food was delicious. Great wine and cocktails. A fantastic meal. Thanks to all.
Cheap eat, cheap drinks, not exceptional quality but not a rip off either.
An absolute favourite, gorgeous food and cocktails with great service
Probably the best meal we had on our London vacation! The whole family loved our meals, including two teenagers and grandma. Four of us are vegetarians and we loved our options. Cocktails were also delicious! We walked to dinner after the theatre and walked to SoHo shopping after dinner. Great location. Fun and delicious!
Disappointing burgers, with overcooked patties of weak taste (and towards the end a crunch on goodness-knows-what). Sides were fine although better equivalents are available in many other nearby places. The vegetarian and vegan section is newly expanded, bang on-trend and very tempting - I wish I'd gone in that direction instead of ordering the burger. Nice service, attractive space but all in all nothing compelling.
A great Christmas get together with friends. We enjoyed quite a few happy hour cocktails and enjoyed a lovely selection of vegan and meat dishes. Highly recommend.
Tasty great veg options and cheap tasty sophisticated cocktails! Great for friends meet up and drinking!
Always return to The Foxlow for the lovely atmosphere, kind staff, yummy food and reasonable prices.
Considering the location and quality of restaurant the prices are that of a gastropub.
Never rushed out, staff are always friendly, very relaxed and warm atmosphere.
Sunday roast was big and we were a group so quick service and bottomless option. We were not pushed out which I really appreciated !
Delicious whole grilled Sea Bream, seasoned in a lovely way and well cooked and nice fresh apple and fennel salad. Staff seemed a bit stretched as not as attentive or responsive as I would have liked.
Lovely restaurant space in Soho with a nice central bar. I will definitely return.
Food was very underwhelming but the bottomless option was very good value!
Fantastic night, service was great, food excellent and great atmosphere
2nd visit and much better experience. Almost like visiting a different restaurant.
Service was very good indeed, BYO Tuesday so we took some fantastic wine and my steak did the wine justice. I am slightly underwhelmed by their starter selection but the squid was pretty good.
Thanks to BYO it was very good value.
Great food - we had steak, chicken drumsticks, and cauliflower salad. Everything was delicious.
Though child-friendly it did have any high chairs (at least did not offer one) for younger children.
I wanted to try somewhere different for my Sunday roast so I booked here. Online booking was easy and I was seated at the window which was comfy enough. I ordered a cider and it was a large bottle, more than I could drink. So tasty. The roast was perfect. I could have enjoyed a few more potatoes and gravy. Nice veggie mix too- roasted carrots were perfect. Overall, satisfying.
Excellent brunch for three friends to catch up. The menu offers many options incl. a good number of vegetarian dishes. Two of us opted for the very reasonably priced Full Vegie with poached eggs which was great. We shared a very tasty stick toffee pudding. We appreciated to be in one of the booths for 4 and we could enjoy each others company. It gets busier at the morning turns into lunch but the place is airy and spacious enough. The service is very approachable, warm and efficient. A place to recommend for brunch and we will keep it in our address book.
Sat next to an extremely noisy group of people. Couldn’t hear my wife speak and waitress was unable to help us. Excellent food ruined by an adjacent table. Decor is better than the one in Farringdon but the crowd definitely wasn’t.
The service was really slow
Waiter kept mistaking our orders
Also said chicken croissant waffles don’t be available to order till 1pm. While at 12:30 other tables were served that dish
