We are staying at the St. James Club from our reciprocal club (The Queen City Club) in Cincinnati, Ohio (USA). Our home city is a refined and innovative restaurant hub, so our palates have become quite used to exquisite cuisine and the dinner we enjoyed at Francatelli’s did not disappoint us! Our starters, mains, and desserts were all delicious and the attentive service and quiet ambiance just added to the experience. Bravo/Brava.

Apart from one guest thinking it is acceptable to have the phone on loud speaker while other guests are having dinner, and forcing the host to call their attention to the fact, all was perfect.

One of the best restaurants and hidden gem in Mayfair. Love the food and ambience, first class service and best value for money. Will come again and would highly recommend to anyone who loves gourmet food !

We made reservations at this small location. It is quiet and small, which allows you to hear your friends. The food was outstanding. Service was very nice. The wine menu is good, but should include additional value wines for larger parties.
