This restaurant is truly a hidden gem. I absolutely couldn’t fault the place and the quality of service. Exceptional and exceeded my expectations by a huge way. Not only was the service impeccable but it was only outdone by the calibre of the food. We couldn’t have asked for better. Wow! Keep up the amazing effort.

Lovely food, we had the tasting menu. This is a hidden treasure, excellent value for money and perfect for a quiet meal. The wine pairing was also fantastic value.

We are staying at the St. James Club from our reciprocal club (The Queen City Club) in Cincinnati, Ohio (USA). Our home city is a refined and innovative restaurant hub, so our palates have become quite used to exquisite cuisine and the dinner we enjoyed at Francatelli’s did not disappoint us! Our starters, mains, and desserts were all delicious and the attentive service and quiet ambiance just added to the experience. Bravo/Brava.

Apart from one guest thinking it is acceptable to have the phone on loud speaker while other guests are having dinner, and forcing the host to call their attention to the fact, all was perfect.

One of the best restaurants and hidden gem in Mayfair. Love the food and ambience, first class service and best value for money. Will come again and would highly recommend to anyone who loves gourmet food !
