Frankie & Benny's - Stevenage
It was our daughter’s ninth birthday, to which she enjoyed very much.
Food poor in taste and quality . Service was good though.
Had to wait a while for our previously booked table. The food was very dull/average and the noise level, including the music, was just too much. The price was pretty steep for the quality of the venue. We wouldn't go again.
I would just say that our waiter was great - smiling against adversity.
There's a lot of competition on the retail park where they are based - they need up up their game.
Lovely staff ,food hot and love the way all staff sing happy birthday, plenty of choice on menu
When we went in and I said I've booked a table for 3 at 6.30pm, the waitress said couldn't find my booking, but luckily we still managed to got a table. I would like to know why me booking not gone through to Frankie & Benny? I don't think I will use your service again in future!!
The food was bland and looked messy. Starters were nice but nothing special. The main (chicken pitta) had about 2 lettuce leaves stuffed into the bottom of the pitta. The hunters chicken was very small and tasteless. Disappointed. Only good thing was our waitress who was lovely.
