Evening meal with 2 children night before Wembley event. Pre-booked as can be busy due to events at the Arena. Server was fantastic and accommodating. Fast service and attentive. One of the better F&B’s I’ve been to.

I booked a table 3 months in advance and we drove for three hours to have a family meal before an Ed Sheeran concert. When we turned up the girl at the front of house said that they had no such booking and made it clear that she couldn't care less. I don't know if the booking issue was a problem with open table or F&B but having a printed confirmation did not seem to make any difference. It was only when we started to make a fuss that they found us a table (for 8 adults which might suggest they had our reservation in the first place?). The food was fine but limited as it was an event day. Disaster averted but I will not be using open table in the future, I remain a fan of F&B.
