Sinzer and Pinsky spent years dreaming up a place entirely their own — one where the food is ingredient-driven, the wine list is deeply considered, and the experience feels less like a restaurant and more like an evening among friends. This reservation is for a table in our dining room. You will have the option of participating in either menu that we offer, the Quattro Piatti menu or our Seasonal Friulano Tasting menu. Both menus are subject to change based on local produce and seasonal ingredients. Our team has carefully designed time frames in which to dine. Group sizes and allotted dining times are noted below: 1-2 guests up to 2 hours and 15 mins 3-5 guests up to 2 hours and 30 minutes 6-8 guests up to 3 hours We kindly ask that you please be prompt and on time for your reservation. *Groups of 9 people or larger are classified as a private event. Join the Frasca team at the Chef’s Table for a fully immersive dining experience highlighting the magic and warmth of Friulano cuisine interpreted through our modern lens. Offering only one reservation per evening, the Chef’s Table is an exclusive, intimate experience that invites guests to pull up a seat in the Frasca kitchen alongside our chefs who will walk through each dish preparation and the history, culture, and ingredients that have shaped Friulano cuisine. A minimum of ten courses will be presented throughout the evening, as well as an optional wine pairing addition. Dietary restrictions that can be accommodated include vegetarian and gluten-free. All others we regretfully decline (celiac, dairy-free).
