Nothing bad per say other than the long wait for our meals but nothing overall try great to say either.

The food overall was great value for money. Everything tasted good. However, I ordered medium rare rib-eye steak and got medium done. Also the first time round biscoff cookie dough was rock hard, second time round was perfect.

It was my sons birthday and I gave them a cake and was told when I want the cake I should let them know but they didn’t wait for me and brought the cake I was not ready with my camera so I did not capture that special moment

I visited Fredo's on Monday 31st August 2020 and my experience was not as good as expected. I initially booked a table for 2 people however I phoned later and asked if it was possible to add another person and my request was accepted.

At the restaurant we were given a table for two people and added in a chair. The person serving the food was so careless that they put the food on the chair and this was absolutely ridiculous. I have a video of this. Where are we supposed to sit if the food is on the chair?

Also, a large part of the food was either cold or warm. Hardly any of the food was hot. It seemed as though our food was made before we even ordered. I asked the waitress to take the burger and wings as they were cold. She then came and gave hot food. This was really not what I expected from Fredo's because friends and family recommended this restaurant and gave good feedback. Just because there was 50% off, does this mean that the service should not be good. Please ensure this does not happen to any other customers. Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

Food was delicious! The tomato pasta was amazing!! Would defo go again.

I have eaten several times in the last year at Fredos and always had a pleasant experience. The food is good quality and very tasty, well presented. Staff are helpful and pleasant.

Food was to expectation, well presented and delicious.
However service was not up to scratch or my expectations. I can appreciate they were extremely busy with asking for plates, sauces and cutlery was a let down from waiters and service.

Honestly been to fredos three times. Went during the eat out help out scheme and to be honest seems like they just didn’t know how to handle a busy restaurant. Server forgot to take my order so that meant I had to re order it again and was the last group to receive my food. They didn’t even number the tables properly so the food ended up going to the wrong table and everything was just rushed. Reason I go back is because the food is tasty and worth the money however they clearly do not know how to handle the restaurnt when it’s busy which is sad because the food is nice however the portions were quite good but they need to get competent staff who know what they’re doing.

Food was good - staff super helpful. Concerned by the lack of social distancing - tables were close together - when this concern was raised with a staff member who dismissed it, the line to order the food was over crowded, menu needs to be replaced with QR codes.

It smells like death rats near the kitchen. The chicken and chips was disappointingly undercooked

Over all experience absolutely disgusting, waited 1 hour for our food. And the place had no routine in place. You guys really need to sort yourselves out.

Very rude and dismissive, overpriced especially as it relates to the service. Overall service was poor, refused to accommodate or provide tap water. Will not be revisiting nor would I recommend

Food was delicious. However service was not up to standard, I booked the table mentioning for face covering friend for religious reasons. That was not considered at all, despite booking prior. Placing an order took more than 20 minutes in the queue as only one person was taking orders. Social distance was not possible as too many people in the queue and passing by. Then drinks were not even served with food, had to go and ask for them, still they served just 10 minutes before we left, even then drinks were not cold. By that time we were finished 85% of our food. Because of hot weather it was not acceptable. Calling some one to request something was not easy, as no one was giving eye contact, or will avoid you.
Number of people in fredos were not considered at booking time, bearing social distancing in mind.

Great food and a great atmosphere. Great value for the money. The service was great and quick. Food was nice and fresh.

Half my family got their food and the other half did not. We know it was busy so we were patient but it took an hour and 10 minutes for our food to come.

Venue is nice and modern.
Staff polite and helpful.
Starters and mains were well presented and tasty.

But desserts and tea were poor quality and over priced. Karak chai was made using a sachet which wasnt even mixed properly, milkshake was tasteless and cookie dough was tiny and tasted terrible!

If youre planning to visit here go somewhere for dessert there are plenty of more credible dessert shops where you can actually enjoy the taste for the same price.

Fredos youve done a nice job creating a good quality restaurant but stick to what youre good at and don't try to do too much i.e. desserts

We had the whole chicken lemon and herb flavour for the kids, and I have to say I really enjoyed it, And so did the kids.

It was a pleasant environment and we were well received. We were given good time before we order. Our starters came in good time and well space before our mains arrived. The food was excellent. Chicken was tender and loves the side of the chips and the coleslaw. The 3 of us were very happy and satisfied. I did mention that this was for a birthday when we booked so we didn't see any indication of this when greeted or after. I just mentioned that but it did not spoil what was a nice evening for our first visit at Fredo's LDN.

The chicken was bland and tasteless compared to other restaurants. However the restaurant looked amazing. The food wasn’t amazing. The drinkS were lovely.
I think the steaks and chips could be better presented. The cheese was just thrown and top, the chips were cold.

The food was really good, everyone enjoyed their meals. The kids meals were really nice.

Had a fantastic meal for 9 people (including 4 kids). A lovely family friendly ambience in a beautifully designed and decorated restaurant. The service was exceptional and the food was first class. The Swiss burger, wood-fired pizzas and the blueberry daiquiri mocktail in particular were just amazing! I’d definitely recommend Fredo’s and will be looking for an excuse to come back again soon!
