We had a horrible time. And the food was terrible
We had a wonderful lunch there. Great service. Friendly. Good family menu. Great beer selection.
Its pub food. Not the worst experience I've had. It was a Saturday night so the place was jumping. They have live entertainment. The parking situation sucks. I recommend going around 7:30 when you might get lucky and find a space.
We appreciated that they offered indoor dining during the pandemic and kept their restaurant very clean. They’ve kept tables at a far enough distance, along with the use of plexiglass so we felt safe celebrating our daughter’s birthday, along with having 2 babies in our group.
Had a very relaxing evening at the Freight Yard. The food was great and I felt safe being there.
Food was excellent , great atmosphere outside , service was great and we were just in time for the band which played great music. Overall an excellent experience! Highly recommend!
Seated immediately at reservation time, despite a large waiting line. Service was prompt, attentive, and enthusiastic. Food was delivered hot, delicious and as ordered. VERY impressed with safety protocols in place...plexi dividers, sanitizer available, masked server. Always happy with service and menu !

Great place and great food! We sat outside in the courtyard, which was set up really nicely! They also had a heated tent which held a few tables. Inside, they also had good markings and distance or plexiglass separating tables.
Great experience, had my five-year-old granddaughter with me felt safe spacing was provided. I had left my credit card and got a call from the restaurant as soon as I walked into my motel room. Went back the next day no problem retrieving it.

Couldn’t speak to the actual dining experience since I couldn’t get past the POOR customer service received while trying to get seated. I had made reservations online and upon arrival and unlike many places, there was NO ONE to greet you. They were clearly slammed. The couple waiting in front of me proceeded to stop someone walking by who then spoke to ‘his supervisor’ who had been seated with another employee behind a post. Despite what was happening, they were busy folding utensils into napkins. Like I’d said, there was no one posted at the host stand. He came back, apologizing to the couple in front of me saying that it was his first day and despite them having a reservation (like I did), it’ll be an additional 30 minute wait. He never gave me eye contact nor had he acknowledged my presence. He then walked away.
Meanwhile outside, a long line had started to form. Still no one came to acknowledge or speak to any of the people waiting. I then went over to the supervisor and demanded that she assist me. She proceeded to tell me calmly that I had been spoken to already. When I explained that I hadn’t, she then begrudgingly asked for my name and number in my party and walked away to get back to folding utensils into napkins.
They were clearly overwhelmed by the number of incoming customers! But instead of handling the situation, by acknowledging and assuring, management decided they would ignore the situation. Which was obviously ludicrous.
It was a bit chaotic when we arrived. However the food and service made it worth the wait. The food was delicious, the server was attentive to us, and we look forward to going back. I highly recommend booking with an open table reservation though to avoid long waits (potentially).
Was our second visit. Had come the night before liked It & returned..... limited choices due to COVD but return anytime you will enjoy

Way to expensive almost $10 for 4 sodas, was there 6 months ago and prices where not bad will not be going back. Service was great noise level was terrible.
2 meals were served with the wrong sides
The wait staff as well as Sean, the owner, were all outstanding..... super friendly! We were a party of 6 and everyone loved their meals. A must eat at if in North Adams.
Great Outdoor dining in North Hampton. The food and the service were both very good!
They were able to accommodate a party of 5 adults and 2 babies on a rather short-notice. The outside seating area was very nice
Great service and the burger and sandwich was very nice. They have both in and out seating which is very nice. A good beer menu too.
Food excellent as usual. Best fried clams west of Ipswich. Good drinks and good beer selection. Waitstaff helpful anx friendly. Tables spaced appropriately if you are concerned about COVID-19.
Waited 40 minutes for a burger. It wasn’t that busy. When it finally came I had to send it back as I asked for Medium and it was WELL done. Waited another 10-15 minutes. When it came out the second time it was medium well. Still not the way I would have liked it but did t feel like waiting again for it to be replaced. Server was slow. I waited for my check once my plate was cleared by an another employee for over 10 minutes until I got up and asked for my check!
I can't give much feedback on this restaurant due to the fact that when we arrived we sat there for 15 minutes before anyone even came over to try to take our drink order. They were very rude and Unapologetic. And the drinks didn't show up for another 5 to 10 minutes so we left.
We had dinner on a Sat night, and felt safe with the table placements 6 ft apart. Food was excellent, service as well I would recommend making a reservation.
Truly the best burger in the Berkshires, I had the apple blue cheese burger and it was really good. The warm brownie sundae is the perfect ending.
It was nice to be out and enjoy a meal. The outdoor dining was very nice. The drinks were even better.
Great service, good food, great drinks. Sean and his team were attentive and welcoming. That has been hit or miss and the Freightyard and Trail House (sister restaurant) did a great job of making us feel welcome and offer good food and bevy. We will definitely go back and recommend it to others.
Out standing food and service. Highly recommend if your ever in North Adams to check it out.
