Food was delicious. Service excellent.
Service was excellent.
Saturday is techno day by the pool, it’s not a classy environment anymore. More of an urban crowd surrounded by the odor of marijuana users throughout the elevators and the balcony’s. Stay away from the server Juan. He is a bafoon and belongs at motel 6 not a Hilton. He is a delinquent.
Went out to try this new restaurant located in Hilton Aventura near Aventura Mall. The restaurant is very chic, modern, and has a nice ambience to it. We went there for our reservation and were found out that the restaurant doesn't get crowded at all, which is a good thing during this time. Live music was being played when we were there, which was a nice unexpected touch. We wanted to try the Miami Spice menu, so we ordered tostones and grilled chicken anticucho for the appetizers, churassco skirt steak for our entree, and something like a passion fruit panna cotta and traditional flan for our dessert. The tostones were really good along with the chicken anticucho, however the tostones was the spicer of the two. The skirt steak was phenomenal, we both had it done medium and I have not tasted such a steak like I have in this restaurant. I recommend getting that for your main course. The passion fruit panna cotta was really flavorful too, however the flan was not something I would really remember from my experience. One thing to mention is that the Miami Spice menu here includes a glass of wine, which is not mentioned on the Miami Spice website. The best time to go to the restraunt in my opinion would be around 6PM, so that you can catch some live music and enjoy the atmosphere.
We had a 6:45pm reservation, the server was slow getting to our table. There were not enough table settings for the amount reserved for. The serve was not observant and didn’t check on us. The server also forgot part of the order, he forgot the tea. The food was too slow coming out of the kitchen, nearly an hour for appetizers and another hour for the main course. The food was too spicy. Everything from the Caesar salad to the barata salad to even the burger, and the seared tuna was dry. The desserts were not adequate either. The mouse and the chocolate lava cake both had a gelatinous texture and flavor. We didn’t end up leaving until 9:00pm because everything took so long. They also automatically added a 20% tip to the bill. This is a restaurant I would not recommend or go to again.
Outstanding service and food. So happy we found this spot during our Miami Spice tour. Will definitely be back.
It was great, excelente food, service was incredible, had a great time!
First time going and for Miami Spice. Three course menu has great choices and the food was delicious. Plated well and tasty. Loved the tostones and fish croquettes, churassco steak and churro fries and the dessert was spectacular chocolate mouse and gold flakes. Service was excellent!!
Hard to find - definitely not a walk in restaurant.
Valet parking is complementary. On a Saturday evening (admittedly early) it was almost empty. We didn't mind, but its too nice a place to be so vacant.
Décor is superb - contemporary, the food is reasonably priced - the drinks a bit steep. The meal was excellent and the presentation of some items was extraordinary.
Great food and amazing service! A hidden gem.
Wow! Surprise surprise - a fabulous hotel restaurant! Gala provided excellent host and serving staff (thank you Jazmine and Fernanda!) and culinary surprises I'd never expect. The special soup with foam, pancetta, corn - beyond delicious. My grouper over kale was superb (I had the butter sauce on the side). Pleasant and well-timed service in a lovely setting with beautiful decor. Glad we sat outside because when the live music was playing it would have been very loud!!!
Have been here several times and the food is consistently excellent. Super nice staff, beautiful place.
Aylen (apologize if I got it wrong) did a amazing job. Her recommendations were great. She was very pleasant and attentive. We appreciated her service and the experience she created.
The food at Gala was beautifully presented, and we were able to try a multitude of dishes without breaking the bank (or our stomachs). The tostones small plate could have used a bit more salt, and the flan was really more of a cheesecake (might be a regional departure?), but overall well seasoned (and spiced) food unique in flavor. The only thing that would make this place better is if it were closer to a downtown location - but the ambiance was great on its own. Would definitely go back!
5 star experience with a very reasonable price!
We were happily surprised by this exceptional meal at prices that were more than fair for the quality. We tried several of the appetizers to share - the calamari, tostones and ceviche were all excellent. Everyone’s main meal was also well prepared but the pink shrimp with squid ink pasta was declared the winner. We had room to just taste two desserts among 7 of us but were not disappointed there either. It’s unusual to find this quality in a hotel based restaurant (it’s in the Hilton Aventura) but we highly recommend Gala.
Excellent. Wonderful atmosphere and superb menu.
Nice place , service was fine. The food was super The ambiance was ok. I read in some reviews that there was music, we were expecting it but no music.
Beautiful restaurant, inside and outside. Food was very good, as was the service, as was the music. Very relaxing. Though I'm a local, made me feel as if I were on vacation. Finally, a very stylish, modern new hotel in Aventura with good design.
Kitchen needs to get its act together. Ordered a wagyu burger medium rare. Sent it back because it was not cooked as per request. Second burger was overcooked as well. A friend's churrasco was also way overcooked and the portion was miniscule. He was still hungry after dinner. The charcuterie board was attractive but that too was quite small. Staff was attentive, cordial, and they tried to make our visit pleasant. Was hoping for a new goto place on Aventura. Maybe it will improve as the links are ironed out since it's quite new. Ambience and decor are lovely.
Went for Mother's Day brunch and our waiter was amazing. Food was good and well priced.
Great experience dining at Gala! Wonderful new restaurant with amazing outside sitting by the pool or beautiful and elegant dinning room. Menu was delicious with a nice variety of dishes perfect for sharing family style. Desserts are spectacular and service was impecable.

My new favorite Restaurant. Located at the Hilton Aventura. Parked on 2nd floor garage and took elevator to 7 th floor. Free parking is plus. Food was amazing. Bartender Joshua makes killer cocktails. Loved the Grouper and Lamb Chops.
