Great experience Electro brunch for my mums birthday, free flowing drinks and unlimited food for 90mins definitely worth it. Staff were all very friendly and super accommodating, second time doing the brunch and definitely recommend.
Love Gaucho Electrobrunch its very well priced!!!!
Great brunch and great location. I’ve been to a few Gauchos brunch’s but I think this spot is my fave so far.
I understand the brunch represents good value and Gaucho have to make it work for them too. However I did feel the staff were spread a little thinly, which made ordering a little more sporadic than we might have preferred. Perhaps introduce ‘pay for what you don’t eat’, which means you can allow tables to order multiple dishes and therefore service the restaurant better without increasing staff numbers. The food and drink quality was however excellent!
Pros: Quick service, good ambience, good value for money when it came to alcohol
Cons: The waitress were at some points rude and patronising. The wrong food was brought to the table. The food didn’t taste great and portion sizes were tiny. Felt as though we were rushed off our table well ahead of time
Loved it - will be back!
Food is great, and you are never sat there waiting for more!
Was very good
Absolutely loved it. Great value for money!! Food was amazing especially the steak. Staff were excellent. We all had a fantastic time - would definitely recommend.
Great food, great cocktails and great service!!! Would definitely recommend.
Food and drinks were amazing and service was very attentive.
Just wish it was longer!
Absolutely exceeded my expectations! The staff were so attentive making sure we were never without a drink (drinks were incredible I must add). The food was delicious and beautiful and you can order as many times as you like. DJ in the corner making sure the vibe was fun, energetic and sexy!
Overall was ok but service was a bit slow.
Good choice of drinks
Christina was brill, cocktails were even better!!!
Another great Electro Brunch experience! Food and service was great, as always. Only feedback point was that we were not made aware of when our 90 mins were drawing to an end for last orders (which normally, you are). Luckily we asked and was told that it actually ended a few minutes prior but they we’re happy to take our last order for us.
The service was brilliant to start with then the last 50 mins we had to ask a lot to get more drinks and food. In 90 mins I was only served 3 cocktails and two meals which I don’t believe to be a true bottomless brunch experience. I did mention it was a birthday but nothing was said . The lady next to me has a birthday and this was celebrated by the staff at the restaurant but ours wasn’t so was a bit disappointed. For the price of 70 with a service charge I don’t feel like it was worth it. The restaurant itself was pretty though.
Food was amazing and service was fab. Not tight on cocktails
Amazing service amazing food amazing atmosphere 10/10
Good value for money. Good music. Quick service. Nice drinks
Great food and amazing music with a Dj. The servers are not stingey with drinks
Food was average, not what you would expect from a Gaucho. Cocktails definitely tasted watered down, sooo much ice. Overall wasn’t great value. Ambience is as good, good mix of music but not so loud you couldn’t chat however, was expecting more of a party vibe.
Great food and drinks, our waitress was constantly coming back to top us up on these as well. Very enjoyable
Food wasn’t great - bacon sandwich extremely dry and the avocado on toast was hard but drinks and service were really good
Great food, service and outstanding overall! Would defo recommend
This is my second visit to gauchos, first time at Broadgate and it was great! Team were lovely, steak was delicious and will be coming back!
Considering that this was the first day out of lockdown and restaurants were able to reopen, the restaurant were very prepared and kept up with high standards throughout. This would be my third time doing the electro brunch and I would certainly say this was the best (first time at Broadgate). From the start and throughout the service was incredible, a special thanks to Adina our waitress who was attentive throughout. I could not recommend this specific branch more!
Absolutely terrific, well organised, great day out with friends
This was our first day out since lock down and my husband and I had the best experience ever! The food was amazing, the drinks were even better and the staff were simply delightful!’ Absolutely wonderful day and we loved it and couldn’t have had better service! We can’t wait to go back!
First time since lockdown having a bottomless drink AND food brunch. It was close to Liverpool street station so we had the pleasure of dining with privileged bratty lads in hugo boss sportwear and shorts dining out on daddy's credit card and whooping loudly in the private room. Otherwise it was quite a pleasant experience
Great Brunch, good food and Friendly service, not rushed.
I wrote a review on trip advisor, absolutely shocked by the service, considering how much you pay. From start to finish it was a nightmare to be honest, apart from the food which was lovely.
I’m really disappointed in our experience there.
They were not forthcoming with the food, we had to ask 3 times for something else. And when you’re asking so many times for something by the time we had only had 2 things our time was up! You wouldn’t get that in a normal sitting.
They didn’t tell us when we sat down that everyone had to be on the same type of menu (premium or not)
The only good thing about it was the drinks, because they were strong.
They were obviously so busy that they didn’t have enough staff to take care of everyone properly and considering how expensive it was I was really shocked. It took so long to get served I took a picture of the empty table.
We went for the Saturday brunch. The food was good but the service was not up to scratch. The waitress wasn’t friendly and they really rushed us. We also didn’t like how you can only upgrade to the premium if the whole table wants to.
Food no where near as good as it use to be. Avocado on toast is horrible and use to be my favourite. Feel like you have cut corners to make the food cheaper.
Service was good! But no way near as good as the one on Charlotte Street.
Overall, the food was just a let down and should go back to what it use to be. I have heard the same feedback from a lot of people who have been. I have been to gauchos a lot and sadly I won’t be returning for the brunch.
Would definitely go again! So worth the money, lovely food and drinks! Wouldn’t upgrade to the premium next though, as the Pornstar Martini wasn’t that great and that is the only reason why I upgraded. The cocktails on the standard menu is just right! Had such a lovely time!
Excellent food and service - never disappoints! Our friends were very impressed too!
We hada really good time. Our waitress Maria was friendly, helpful, full of knowledge and attentive. The food was really tasty and the drinks/cocktails were of a great quality. We went on a quite weekend with it being January but it was still a really good atmosphere and everyone had a great time.
Overall, a nice experience. However, sometimes it was hard to get the attention of the waitress. Which then mean’t we couldn’t order any extra food and our brunch time was up. The food was lovely, service could have been better.
Food was lovely and service was good and prompt! Only downside was that we were the last table of the day for brunch so it was very empty in there. Didn’t effect us having fun but it did take away from the atmosphere a little
Waitress was rude, spoke to the manager and all she did was stick up for the waitress. Service was terrible. When we said we were not going to be paying service charge, the waitress basically threw the bill down and stormed off.
I’ve attended Gaucho Brunch a few times this year and I have to say the food, drinks and service at Broadgate was by far the best.
For sure I’ll be back in the new year!
