Great food, great service and atmosphere.
Will be coming back as soon as I can.
The food was mostly burnt
Waiters were delightful
I was extremely disappointed with the bottomless brunch. It was such a shame as I've been for a lunch brunch before and it was lovely and in the same restaurant.
I'm pretty sure the eggs weren't cooked, I was extremely ill then being charge 12.5% for a service!
Tiny taster meals. For the price £70.00 per person was ridiculous.
Very disappointing visit to Gaucho. The service was poor waited 25mins between each order. The waiter really tried his best but it really wasn’t good enough
Food really poor quality, steak wasn’t seasoned or well cooked and incredibly watery.
Service was awful, waiter was pressurising and showed no emotion when serving us.
Very poor all round.
This was an excellent place to go. My partner and I had an exquisite brunch with some really good music and great food and a waiter that essentially read our minds with what we wanted for food.
I did ElectroBrunch about 3 years ago and it was really good. We had tasty food and lots of choice, however this time the food was beyond disappointing. The ‘steak and eggs’ was under seasoned and under whelming. They’re w steak restaurant so how they can serve all 4 of us badly cooked, flabby steak is beyond me. The avocado on toast was lacklustre and the sweet options were sickly and just not pleasant. There are many other bottomless brunches to try in London and they will serve you much tastier food! Total let down!
Felt like we should have been treated better
It is a lovely restaurant , and have been here several times before, but on this occasion the food and drinks were poor, the for was cold and drinks were watered down.
Great atmosphere and food . Would go again for sure
Excellent Birthday Brunch! Very good service and delicious small plates. Will definitely be returning.
No soap in the toilet. Tried to tell us our time was up when we had half an hour left. Manager was so rude when I told him about the soap in the toilet.
Would go again, handled covid requirements well. Good value
Brilliant service and atmosphere will definitely be returning in the near future !
A nice meal was ruined by finding a hair in a plate of food . When we confronted the waitress about this she just looked at it took and quickly walked away holding it for us to then see her drop it on the floor . We didn’t even get an apology from them and this is something we deserved at least!
Overall the brunch was really good, lots of food an lots of drink. the music was great and the service was brilliant s always, I would highly recommend this brunch
It was our waiters first day and he was extremely attentive and accommodating. Great atmosphere, delicious food and amazing drinks!
Was a very good experience been here before. On it with food and topping up drinks which is the main thing about a good brunch! There unfortunately was a large section (1cm) of shell from an egg in one of our meals which was a little disappointing! But overall good.
The person greeting you at the door of the venue was ridiculously rude. Definitely spoilt the whole experience. Not what I expected.
Second and last time for me here at Canary Wharf.
Reduced time and reduced menu choice topped with slow service with drinks made for an unpleasant time,
It’s had its day and more choices around London for similar themes.
Would not return which is a shame.
We have attended several Electro Brunches previously, both at Gaucho Canary and others.
Usually no complaints, good time had by all! However this time there were a couple of unexpected changes that took us by surprise.
We arrived about 15mins early, and before the rest of our party. We elected to take a seat in the bar, thinking we would have a quick glass of fizz. However it turns out that Gaucho have implemented a policy of not serving alcohol before the brunch.......
They also now stop serving alcohol 30mins before your table booking expires, while you are still eating.
We are not into being treated like children, so probably won’t return to the electro brunch.....
I used to regularly come to the brunch for occasions, this latest one being my birthday I arranged for 2 couples to come. First negative is that gaucho have realised everyone chooses the sparkling wine and have now made that the premium menu. Secondly, the waiter was just not on it we had to push for another drink, previously we were topped up for the 2 hours, thirdly they didn’t start serving us till 2:20 and then asked for last orders at 3.30. That’s not 2 hour unlimited brunch. Fourth, the portion sizes and food choice has now been made limited. All in all it’s not changed in a good way and I think it is now way to overpriced. Which is sad as I used to love coming. I won’t be returning anymore.
Fabulous service and a nice afternoon out. Food was great but hold the eggs! Didn't feel very electro as the DJ was very quiet. Attended at Gauchos City, there was much more atmosphere and everyone was up dancing.
The brunch was so nice! Rare to find a bottomless brunch with unlimited food and drink.
Lots of choice of plates and drinks to suit most needs and the food was really tasty.
Took my boyfriend for his birthday and they even brought out a Happy Birthday dessert and a candle :)
Lovely food and drinks and perfect setting looking out across the river (if you sit outside). All staff we interacted with were attentive and friendly. The only downside is the brunch only lasts 90mins which is a shame, an extra 30mins would have been perfect. Overall a very enjoyable brunch!
The waitress we had was rude. We was a table of 8 for saturday brunch. Had to wait for our drinks 5/10 mins at a time this was the worst gaucho brunch we have been to
The venue was stunning with outside tables and seating to enjoy the river views. The service was great and quick. The food was average- small portions and the steak was chewy. I’ve had brunch at Gauchos before (a different branch) and the menu has changed for the worse with the portion sizes. Bring back the Churros!!!
Really lovely staff, quick service and food was amazing!
We had to wait for some of our food and when raised this with our waitress after her apologising profusely, the manager came over and could do enough for us to rectify the situation for us. They went above and beyond for something we though was very minor as we had had some of food and only realised when some of us got our 4th round of food when two people hadn't got their 3rd yet
Such a good value for money brunch! Food is amazing and such a big list of drinks to choose from.
I have been to Gaucho electro brunches before & they have always been very good but went to Canary Gauchos for my birthday - they have cut down the normal 2 hour slot to 1.5 hours but still charging the same price. Food was poor - poached eggs not done properly so were sloppy. Bacon & sausage sandwiches are now minuscule - the size you would expect for a party buffet. No notice of last orders either until we requested a drink ourselves. Very poor - way over priced.
Food was poor. Eggs were pre-poached and kept in a vat of water to keep warm, making them waterlogged and snotty when served. Very bad indeed.
If you know that you have that many people attending brunch, please ensure you have extra staff available. Service was great but very slow, we had to wait for drinks and food was slow
Good value for bottomless food and drinks - tasty food but lacking diversity (there’s egg and bread in almost all dishes) - good cocktails but would have been nice to have a wine option - we felt that we had to rush a little bit due to the strict 90-min timing
Globally recommended for boozy moment with friends
Seated at 1.45 first drink arrives 20 mins later ( though they are all pre made )
2 hour brunch we had 4 drinks and two pieces off the menu each despite asking for them to just bring a bit of everting as done at other Gauchos! Under staffed, other waiters wouldn’t assist us, the floor was slippery and one of us fell! I’ve been to 4 other Gaucho brunches I would never go back
To Canary Wharf again! All round poor service! Even the music was bad compared to the city ones! All round really poor!!
Gaucho Canary was really great, food was delicious, drinks flowing, music playing. The only thing that was slightly off putting was the fact the tables were so close together, so we felt like we were eating with another couple.
