Gaucho Brunch - Tower Bridge
Amazing food, music, drinks and service! Deffo reccomend
Overpriced. DJ is pretending to mix. Food awful. 4 toilets for women. Only good thing is the views. Avoid
Service was absolutely perfect.
Error on the bill which was sorted out quickly other than that faultless.
Been to a few Gauchos brunches in deferent location and although I love a Gauchos brunch, do not think I’d return to Tower Bridge.
Waitress giving mid-leading information and trying to cut our time by 45mins. When question she aid it as her calculations mistake. Waiting time for service also won’t on par with other branches.
Great view though !!
It was a great afternoon for a friends bday
Unreal food, service, location ! Overall a very very good day.
Best brunch I’ve been too!
Went to Gaucho - Tower Bridge to celebrate my 21st birthday and it is going to become a yearly tradition. Best birthday dinner ever!
They accommodated the party as we had train issues. The waiter was good .
Food and drinks were great value as unlimited drinks and food for brunch .
Thoroughly enjoyed my time at Gaucho, did the unlimited brunch and the service was amazing! Roberto our waiter was so attentive and made sure we tried everything we wanted to on the menu. Gaucho topped it off at the end giving me a birthday dessert!
The best gauchos restaurant they offer being over looked by tower bridge, food was great, steak was perfect as the fine print says. Being electro dining music and background was quite lively if your coming for a quiet dining experience, wait till 1 0 clock and get an up stairs seat. Otherwise you'll be bopping with the DJ feeling like your in ibiza again. One downfall was booked with the request of upstairs seat but they dont open until the lower level is fully seated. Otherwise service was great and price was quite cheap for what was offered. 200 for 3 people.
Always have a great time every brunch I have attended. Only downside is the music is fairly loud luckily we were sat the other side of the restaurant. Christian was a great host and made sure we always had a drink and the food service was very quick. We will definitely come back.
We felt this brunch deal was very expensive for the amount of food and drink you got. Not worth the money. Would t come back
Service was awful. Far too expensive for the fact it is only 1.5 hours bottomless
Misleading as you book for 2 hours but last drink order at 1.5 hours
Terrible rude staff
Tiny portions
Extremely loud music
I called the restaurant in advance to advise we have 2 members of our group with dietary requirements. One a vegetarian and another with a intolerance in gluten. The woman on the phone advised this was noted down for us ready for our arrival. When we arrived we booked in and seated. There was no mention of what package we would like ( standard or premium ) It was just assumed. This wasn’t realised until we received the bill. The presentation of our table was beautiful. We were served our first food option by who I can only describe looked like a chef and when we asked where our vegetarian and gluten free option were he was very rude and abrupt. His reply was ‘ we don’t have one’ and he then walked away. As you can imagine we were shocked as not only did I call to advise this but I also spoke to our waiter Sam to ensure our guests were catered for. To my surprise the food wasn’t up to standard especially considering we had paid over £60 per person. On the second round of food which was the steak and eggs we had to ask for a second time for them to bring out a vegetarian option. This was unacceptable. Two of my guests had only two of the food selections and was left to feel embarrassed and disappointed that they were not catered for. The rye bread for the smashed avocado was hard and the eggs under cooked. The pornstar Martins tasted like acid. They tasted very cheap and not what you would expect for the price you were paying. The second waiter was very rude to us. We are a group of women enjoying a social catch up and we were looked at like we were causing a scene which made the environment very uncomfortable. I was really excited to take my friends here and frankly I left feeling embarrassed. Will not be returning again.
Had a great time celebrating with friends. Wish they were more attentive to our table. The waitress seemed to be waiting more tables so this meant slow refill of drinks and had a long wait between food arriving.
Pornstar martini poor. Espresso martini poor. This was disappointing
Food was so nice, and they were so quick with bringing out your drink and food!
Alexio was amazing, he couldn’t do enough for us. The food was amazing and the drinks were flowing nicely. Couldn’t fault it in the slightest.
Was my partners birthday we went for the upgraded version of brunch and I cannot recommend enough!
Constant drinks and food unlimited for an hour and half so you definitely get your monies worth! The only annoying thing was the reservation team told me we had a table upstairs with a view but we was on a table downstairs at the back of the restaurant but still had a good time!
Best brunch I have been to!! Can’t wait to return. Would highly recommend
Staff were very attentive. Great vibe. Would definitely recommend!
The whole experience was amazing, unlimited food and drinks for £50 per person is reasonable especially with the choice and quality of food and drinks available.
Our waiter, Roni was very attentive and friendly. Our glasses and plates were not empty for long even though it was fairly busy.
Overall a very good experience and my boyfriend had a great time celebrating his birthday. Thank you Roni!!!
The only fault was that my Decaf Martini had come out wrong a few times but other than that it was great
Thanks!
Was great.
Came back in October and I really enjoyed it so decided to go again. Food was horrible, service was slow had to keep asking for drinks. Will not be returning.
The food was below average, I suspect pre-cooked and heated up when requested. The drinks were ok and our waiter was good
Premium brunch for 2 + service charge totalled £140 - not worth the cost!
I use to love going to the Electro Brunch, but I just went back for my birthday and was really disappointed. Not only has the price gone up but it’s now only 90 mins instead of 2 hours. Also, when one of the waiters came over to give me another drink he took my glass off the ta me even though I wasn’t finished, I told him I will finish it but he proceeded to take it away from me as apparently there cannot be more than 3 drinks on a table! Such a shame, but I won’t be going back.
Amazing value for money and will no doubt be booking again soon!
The service was outstanding. We did not have to wait long on drinks or plates coming so we really got the most out of the bottomless brunch. There was a live show set up and the atmosphere was 10/10 for 11.45am on a Saturday. The beef brisket was to die for, my fav dish on the brunch menu. I would highly recommend, we can’t wait to go back!!!
Poor food, overpriced for what it is!
Staff are great, the drinks OK but there are far better places to go
when for a Birthday, everything was outstanding. Would highly recommend.
Wasn’t told at booking this was a set menu. Standard a la carte menu is not available. Music in the restaurant was that loud you couldn’t hear the person next to you speaking. I shall only be visiting Piccadilly in future
Great atmosphere, attentive service, lovely food. Brunch was tasty and well presented. Drinks were replenished often Highly recommended.
View and ambience was lovely. Electro brunch really wasn’t worth the money. With an hour and a half to order the service was shockingly slow. Had the steak and egg twice but didn’t even equate to the size of a whole meal. Also would’ve appreciated being asked how I would’ve like my steak cooked as I ended up with an over cooked steak. The pornstar martinis we’re drowning in alcohol almost unbearable to drink couldn’t compare to an actual pornstar martini. In the whole time I had 3 drinks because of how slow the service was. I wasn’t happy paying £70 for all of that. Could’ve had the same food and drink for £20 in Wetherspoons and would’ve been better.
I am a massive fan of a bottomless brunch and decided to go to one for my birthday. My partner isn't so keen on prosecco so after searching for places with a wider drinks selection we came Gaucho's Electro Brunch and were very pleased to see such a wide choice of drinks on the menu! The location is great, we had a window seat with views of Tower Bridge. The interior is very suave and the music was good and not too loud (house and funky).
The food was nice, small portions but you don't want to eat too much whilst drinking and you can order as many dishes as you like. You can tell it's good quality.
The drinks were tasty, although unlike at other bottomless places we kept having to ask for another. We still got a good amount though and our monies worth. I was drinking prosecco for most of the meal and then realised prosecco was part of the 'premium' menu so I ordered a couple of espresso martinis towards the end. An espresso martini anywhere in London would cost you £10-£12 so it was definitely worth getting a couple!
The staff were really friendly and the restaurant manager greeted every table - he wished me a happy birthday which was nice.
Before we left they bought over a plate of chocolate truffles and a happy birthday sign which finished the meal of nicely.
I would 100% go back again!
We enjoyed the food however the time allowed to be eating and drinking is so short. Especially when the waiters are busy to get the item ordered and then served can take a fair while and it eats into your short allocated time slot. The waiters did their best and were very helpful, music was good just wish we had a little bit longer to not feel we needed to rush
Loved visiting Gaucho for brunch and the view was brilliant. Got loud by the time as it was very busy but overall a fab couple of hours. Service was excellent.
It was also one of our birthdays and the waiter brought out a happy birthday dessert at the end. A great way to end a lovely brunch.
Amazing experience and setting, service was great & we were well looked after. Drinks are amazing but good was average. Do recommend thou
It was for my birthday, I wouldn’t recommend it as there are plenty of really good brunches, the service was slow.. I had three drinks in an hour and a half. The food was slow, then when I mentioned this to the waiter he then bought all of it out at once, which left the table over crowded and the food was then cold. I was disappointed as I’ve heard good things. Wasn’t even that busy to justify the lateness of it all!
