Joe Calzaghe wasn't just a world champion boxer in two different weights - super-middleweight & light-heavyweight - but a man who went undefeated throughout his professional career with a remarkable record of 46 fights, 46 wins. Moreover, he is the longest-reigning world champion in the super heavyweight division in boxing history who defended his title no less than 20 times against the likes of Roy Jones jr, Bernard Hookins, Jeff Lacey & Chris Eubank, all great world champions themselves.     Lovely evening, this was my first experience. The attentive waiter Zac was very accomodating of all our needs. Food was deliciously cooked and tasted fabulous.

    Slow bringing items for the unlimited Sunday lunch. The chef having an argument with other kitchen staff for the majority of our sitting was not desirable. We could hear his whole rant at other team members. As the kitchen is so open to the dining room, somebody needs to give him some strong feedback to control his temper and how he talks to other colleagues. We could hear everything and this poor experience overshadowed the whole meal!

    Booked Gaucho for a work group dinner. We shared everyone we ordered. It would be hard to say what our favorites were because we ate it all. Our server was very nice and had great recommendations for the group.

    Very helpful staff. Hadn't said it was a birthday celebration when booking. They wrote happy birthday on the desert slate and put a candle. Nice touch.
