From a classic Chateaubriand, the centre cut of a fillet, to the Gaucho iconic cut Churrasco de Chorizo which is our spiral cut sirloin marinated in garlic, parsley and olive oil gather your partner or a few friends and family for the ultimate Gaucho dining feast.
