   Staff were quick to find our table that had been pre booked. Suggested certain things from the menu. We ordered one of the deals which was burger and fries with a refillable drink for £9.99 which was a really good deal, but I was suprised that it came on cardboard and not a plate.

   Got there to be told they couldn’t find out booking at refused to seat us unless we joined the huge queue. Showed them the confirmation etc but still said there was nothing they could do. The reason we booked in advance was because we knew how busy it would be.

   Booked a table for 6 but when we arrive on time it’s not ready and the waitress looked all blank and confused. We then had to wait while they assembled a table. Waitress was very rude in my opinion. Food was okay.

   Lovely meal & great service. Food came out quick & when one of the orders was wrong it was quickly rectified. Shame the normal soft drinks aren’t refillable & that they don’t do meals, everything it separate but overall really enjoyed the food.

   Tried TGI’s on Friday at the NEC as we had a trade stand at the venue, no comparison to the Burgers, Onion Rings and Fries we had at GBK on Sunday. GBK always serves hot and cooked to order. Gets my vote

   Manager went above and beyond, food was excellent, restaurant was immaculate, we had a really good meal, would definitely recommend

    Turned up for booked time, restaurant closed as they had no stock. Haven’t been to GBK for a while and now won’t be returning any time soon.
