An excellent meal with good sized portions, all beautifully presented by well-informed staff. Have been to Gee's a few times and they never disappoint.

We were delayed by 30minutes from our reservation but this was handled without any issue. Our meal was first class as was the service. Haven't been to Gees for some years but will definitely be returning soon. A great experience.

All good until my guest discovered an elastic band in her linguine. The cost of our coffees was deducted from the bill but this seemed not quite proportionate to our disappointment.

Husband and son were disappointed with the burgers. Not amazing food at all and very pricey for what it was we thought. Quite nice ambience but the table was on a slope, chairs wobbly and we were near an open door when there was quite a cool breeze, and it was really noisy - so didn't feel as 'nice' as the prices were suggesting it was!

I can honestly say it was the worst Roast Lamb meal I have had.
The food was not hot, lamb very underdone, and looks like I got lucky with the end fat scraps of meat.
Was so shocked from Gees to serve up food like this. The carrots were rock hard.
I will not be going back their for food.

Excellent meal as usual - Sunday Lunch with Roast Lamb (or beef) with Yorkshire Pudding and many other delicious items on the menu. The only tiny glitch was the child's burger requested by my grandson - when he only finished half of it I tried a piece and it was very dry. Yummy deserts soon put things right.

The green house is a lovely setting for really delicious food. We had the 3-course meal for lunch. The potato gnocchi was very flavorful and satisfying. I had The Green Lady drink, which was wonderfully fresh and perfect for summer. Highly recommend. Everything we had was delicious.

Great menu, well cooked and presented food and a lovely venue. Let down by some indifferent verging on rude service from our waiter. I would go back again and hope not to be in the same servers section.

Overall was good - however, at the start we ordered drinks and only received one before the meal

The second drink - was reminded to 2 different staff - until reminding a third member of staff was the drink brought out - at this point we had finished our meal

We picked Gee's because we wanted somewhere to eat before going to the cinema in Jericho. It was the highlight of the evening. From the moment we walked into the beautiful greenhouse, it felt as though it was going to be good and it didn't disappoint. The service was very attentive, the food excellent and the cocktails delicious.

Nice place to sit and eat, good service but the food was lacking in flavour and overpriced. The mixed tapas to share was quick to prepare, with everything straight from a packet or jar apart from deep fried potato balls. The salt cod croquettes were so salty that they were almost inedible, whilst the monkfish main an the pasta dishes were somewhat bland and uninteresting.
There appears to be a lack of healthy competition to push food standards up and I wouldn’t make an effort to eat there again. So a disappointing meal that none of our party of 4 felt had any real redeeming features.

Food didn’t taste the same as last year( we took pretty much the same dishes)...More than that , my main course didn’t taste fresh, and I felt sick 1 hour after I left the restaurant.
We are really sorry that the quality of the food declined here ...definitely a place where we will not come back

We went for Sunday lunch. Roast beef was very tender, two of us had chocolate nemesis which was also delicious. Not rushed and although expensive, it was a special occasion and worth the money paid.

Although the food was nice, the presentation was appalling. The service was out of pace, the tables are too close so you will bump by the service of nearby tables.

I was so pleased the Paella was still on the specials as this really is the best Paella I’ve tastes outside of Spain itself! Even then it would be up there in the top 5! Love love love this place. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

This restaurant was lovely. I'd heard about Gee's from a few Blogs about what to do in Oxford pre-visit and was not disappointed. The atmosphere was great - lively and energetic and the food was fabulous. Service top notch and overall a lovely evening was had. I would definitely recommend or visit again if i ever find myself back in Oxford!
