    Great location within the Pan Pacific Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the general ambience was clean, stylish and modern. The cocktail menu was imaginative and well presented - I had 2! The rum menu is also excellent and extensive. The bar food menu was varied enough for my party. A great location for pre-dinner drinks.

    Drinks are expensive (the menu is impressive & extensive) but to be expected, but the service was excellent - the staff very attentive and we were ably to keep our table all evening. Also love the complimentary nibbles.

    Beautiful venue, lovely atmosphere. Went with my husband for his birthday and he’s very hard to please when it comes to cocktail quality - but they were all exceptional. Would definitely come here again! Lovely attentive staff.

    Found the bar on Tripadvisor and popped in for a couple of cocktails. Ended up having some food and wine as well. Lovely bar and ambience with extremely attentive waiting staff and barman. Will definitely be coming back.

    Visited the bar, the sofa seat that formed part of our table for 4 was so uncomfortable, soft no support and very low that we left after one drink. Fix this and the bar would be great venue

    Had their cocktail flight which was superb. Each cocktail was explained and created infront of you. Nice atmosphere. Lovely staff

    Overall great ambiance, staff attentive and personable, especially the lady front of house at Ginger Lily ! Couldn’t fault the hotel at all, had a wonderful stay. Staff were all lovely.

    A wonderful gem of a bar within this beautiful hotel. Wide range of spirits and the cocktail menu is good as not full of all the standard cocktails you can get anywhere. Quite expensive, but then definately get what you pay for so is worth it

    I did enjoy my time at Tiger Lily although there were a couple of things I found irritating. Champagne was served in a white wine type glass, which meant for your £17 (or something) you got half a glass. We asked for a flute, decanted into the glass ourselves which was odd. Ordered another one and received double the amount of champagne. The fishcakes were a bit odd, they tasted more like chicken the fishcakes but still nice. The staff were very polite and accommodating but I felt it was missing something. I hope that helps.

    Lovely cocktail bar - great ambiance - feels like an old fashioned bar in NY. Music not too loud so you can actually hear yourself speak which is a rarity nowadays. Had to give one star for food otherwise couldn’t complete review but not accurate as they do NOT serve food there. Great place - will become one of my favourite bars .

    The bar is a very intimate bar and the decor is very nice with its fresh plants / flowers. An impressive array of drinks on display too at the bar. They have a plethora of rums and whiskies to choose from. Did mentioned as a suggestion to expand their brandy and include Hennessy X.O, but they have Remy Martin X.O. The ambience was very quiet until some city workers came in and were overly loud but let’s say very noticeable when it came their drinking antics. Otherwise, they had left and the ambience of quietness had returned. I will recommend this place if you either work in the city or are touring and want to look for a little escapism. The staff here go above and beyond for you. For example, if the air conditioning is on and can be a little draft / cold for others. A blanket was given, etc. They are also very good conversationalists too.

    Easy to find at the back of the Pan Pacific hotel on the ground floor. However would have been nice if hotel bar was on a higher floor to attract better views across London.
