We had booked a table for 5 but we were taken to a table set for 4 with 5 chais and told "I'll just set another place". The restaurant was virtually empty so this was a disappointing way to start what was an excellent meal.

The food was good but the service once we’d sat at the table was slow, infrequent and unwelcoming. A shame as the door staff were lovely and the food and restaurant are very nice.

Lovely new decor and comfortable dining area. Nice new menu and nice to see a Sunday Lunch on the menu. Definitely enjoyed our food here and the service was excellent. Great value for money and really fabulous food. The staff wee very nice and friendly and just a really good enjoyable experience. Roast Pork, with all the trimmings and minestrone soup, Calamari, ice cream was very tasty too. Overall a really good evening meal x

We were taking our granddaughter on a special trip to the theatre and having a meal here first . Lucy and l had pasta and Chris had a salad, both Lucy’s and mine were not hot , l had prawn ravioli which was a very small portion, Lucy’s was at least a better size! Chris’s salad was ok ! The service wasn’t great , each time a waiter appeared it was then a while until anything happened. The 2 desserts we had were ok but we thought very expensive! The whole experience wasn’t as good as we’d hoped and far too expensive considering what we ate !!
