Our restaurant is housed in the beautiful Grade II listed building formerly known as the Old Post Office, on King Street in Knutsford. Richard Harding Watt influenced the town’s architecture by delivering a little piece of Italy for everyone to appreciate, up and down King Street, notably in the design of the memorial tower overlooking Giovanni’s.

                                        We arrived expecting difficult parking but free on street parking was available a little way up the road after 1800 hrs. We walked down to the restaurant but decided to go for a drink in one of the very near by pubs first that was on the same street. The street was lovely and relaxing. We then went into the restaurant and was greeted by very friendly staff who quickly showed us to our table. The menu was extensive and it was not difficult to choose. Staff were excellent and very attentive all evening without us feeling rushed. Food was great. I had a chicken dish that was huge. My guest had a salmon dish that was smaller but she said was just the right size for her and delicious. We accompanied the meal with a fabulous salad. Wine choice was extensive. Would I go again despite it being an hour drive ... absolutely 👍

                                        An excellent meal and a lovely evening with friends. Maitre dhote was very welcoming. We had a great table and the service was well paced and efficient. Overall ambience was very good.

                                        Couldnt order a Prosecco by the glass. The food was late coming out, the bitter lemon was a year out of date. They apologised and all was well and gave us a glass of Prosecco as an apology. Not sure where they got it from - they don't do them by the glass.

                                        Usually rate this place 5/5. But this time the restaurant seemed unusually quiet for a Friday night. There were no specials and the food I did order was bland and although plentiful not overly enjoyable. The drinks were great and service was very good, although there did seem to be too many staff waiting each table.

                                        Celebrates a special birthday with friends. Portion sizes on the big side. I pre-ordered a surprise birthday cake which was served 'with a song' and was gorgeous. Very friendly staff. Lovely evening. Will definitely be visiting again.

                                        The food was good but serving a slow-roast lamb with sharp bits of plastic wasn't acceptable. And you didn't take that dish off the bill. So, not great.

                                        Lovely meal and atmosphere I would have given five stars but a little disappointed with the liquor coffee’s as we had to return them as they were l Luke warm , but was sorted without a problem . We will be back .

                                        Don’t use real flowers(which I was allergic and I had to leave the restaurant because I had a bad reaction) and make sure they have full menu as well as the staff being able to read the customers correctly and not come off as arrogant or rude.

                                        Surprisingly great value Lunch / Early Bird Menu. My aunt I both had the Veal Penne and was not only surprised by the amount of Veal in the dish, but the price was also amazing value. Staff fell over themselves to be helpful too from waiting staff to more senior staff.

                                        Excellent quality food and service. The atmosphere was also lively and fun. Both starters and main courses had top quality ingredients prepared and cooked to perfection. Combinations also worked well. Portion sizes were large, though, and slightly beyond our ability to consume them. However, we had a very enjoyable meal and would most certainly return.

                                        the food was very good not excellent but of a very good standard, the price was on the expensive side and the quality didn't quite match the price tag. There are some very good Italian restaurants in Knutsford and if this place is to maintain its premier status it needs to up its game a little. Try the steak which was excellent
