Amazing setting and atmosphere. all the starters were fabulous. The mains were slightly more disappointing and could have been hotter but overall, a very pleasant dining experience and would recommend.

Love Glas and have been a few times! My fritters were “stodgy” in the middle. The lovely server offered to replace them but I was hungry and didn’t want my husband to wait for my new order as his mean would have been cold. Had them before and loved them. Will try you again regardless! Hope the menu continues to change and evolve as well!

Great upscale vegetarian/vegan option off Grafton St. and reasonably priced. Good service. The Sweetcorn & Jalapeno Fritters were delicious.

I have been a veggie (and often times vegan) for nearly 40 years. Hands down, this is one of the best meals I have ever had. I had so much choice (a huge rarity) and it wasn't the typical Goats cheese salad, tomato pasta or risotto to choose from.

I couldn't choose a wine so I was brought three different wines to taste and my God they were all delicious. In the end I went for the New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc and it was heavenly.

My son who is a confirmed meat eater loved the food (he had the chilli non carne) and said he didn't miss meat at all. In fact, he wants the recipe :-). The dips to go with the chips and sweet potatoes were fresh and delicious and I now need the recipe for those.

I would highly recommend Glas to non meat and meat eaters alike.

Staff and service were great and the restaurant was very warm and inviting. I had the Jalapeno fritters for starters which were quite dense and I thought 3 was a bit too much for a starter. Followed by the risotto which I didn't like at all - the flavour was very bland and needed salt. We didn't go for dessert.

I would give it a second chance and try the chilli no carne.

First visit to Glas and will definitely return. Food was delicious and such amazing variety. It's fantastic to finally have a restaurant in central Dublin that serves only vegan and vegetarian food. The variety of dishes was spectacular and with so many options it leaves me wanting to return in order to try them all. Staff were so helpful and friendly and the atmosphere was calm, cosy and inviting. I would definitely recommend booking a table in Glas

The only criticism I would have is the lack of variety on the menu. We were disappointed to find that the lunch menu was exactly the same as the early bird menu had been more than a month ago. I would like a bigger choice and a menu that changes every few weeks, and then I would go and eat in Glas more often.

This is the best vegetarian/vegan meal I have ever had. Can’t recommend highly enough. We were there New Year’s Eve and the staff were fantastic as was the ambience. The portions are on the small side but this is a gourmet experience of the highest class. Not cheap but worth every euro. Five stars. Now if only they would open in Washington DC.

Beautiful food, lovely service and charming decor. I was dining with my wife, and both of us were very happy with our starters and mains - all the food was delicious. We are not vegetarian ourselves, but were intrigued by the restaurant and wanted to try something new. However, we were rather let down with the desserts. I will definitely be back here, but will skip the dessert course next time.

A friend and I had a lovely lunch in Glas on Sunday. I had the pate, she had the soup. Both were delicious. For mains, I had the cauliflower and she had the chilli. Again, both were very tasty, we sturggled to finish it as we decided to try the triple cooked chips too. We didnt have dessert or tea/coffee but we shared a fab pinot grigio. Service was excellent and friendly. Lovely ambiance. We will be back!

Excellent service, stylish decor, interesting menu. The ricotta salad starter was delicious and a generous portion.

The lunch set menu is good value however sparkling water is expensive considering many restaurants now offer this free or at 1€ p/p (by having it on tap).

My only other feedback is that naming the cauliflower main 'ribs' definitely sets a certain expectation that wasn't really met!

It was the first visit for two of us and the second visit for the third and it was a fantastic experience for all three of us. Excellent food, great wine, really thoughtful service (there when required, always professional and helpful but not remotely intrusive) and a lovely room (not too noisy or quiet; not too hot or cold - very Goldilocks!). None of us is vegetarian or vegan but there were many options on the menu that we would have liked to try and we loved all courses. We will definitely be back.

Hi there, we got the table right besides the kitchen which was terrible re noise and activity. I enjoyed the service and food. Please change the poached pear dessert with the siraccha sauce, it’s vile. I love poached pears but this combination did not deliver. Thanks

Lovely new restaurant - I am not a Vegan or Vegetarian, so was very unsure of this restaurant choice, but the food was absolutely delicious and sooo healthy.....

The wine list is particularly interesting and offers tremendous value compare to many higher end restaurants for similar vintages.

Fantastic food and very attentive and friendly staff. Myself and my wife went for our anniversary and the waitress made a point to congratulate us. Small things like that matter. The food was exceptional and I say that as a meat eater who happens to be forced veggie every now and again by the wife.

We were disappointed with our table as we had booked well in advance and we were given a table in a far corner at the back of the restaurant beside the kitchen door. It was really noisy and distracting. The restaurant was half empty and it was only 5.30pm. We waited 15 minutes for someone to come and take a drink order. The service afterwards was ok but it was too little too late at that stage. The food however was really good - we aren’t vegetarians and we really enjoyed it. For me a restaurant has to be more than just good food - I like good service - and a good table if it’s off peak - especially when I had booked so far in advance. Hence I couldn’t give it more than 3 out of 5 and I probably wouldn’t go back as there are lots of other good restaurants around.

I really enjoyed the meal and the service was excellent. Our party was a mix of non-vegetarians and vegetarians and everyone left very happy. There is a also a lovely non-alcoholic wine available. I’ll definitely be back.

As a plantbased person this is one of those rare places perfect for a date, combining delicious and innovative food with a trendy interior and a cosy bar like atmosphere. Fair pricing and a lovingly friendly staff as well. What more can you ask for?

It was our first visit to Glas and we will definitely be back. We ate from the Early Bird menu which was fantastic value at €19 for two courses, considering the mains on the A La Carte range from €15 to €25. I had the jalapeno and sweetcorn fritters to start which was nice and the baby beets for main which I adored. My friends had the pate to start and the cauliflower ribs for main which they also thoroughly enjoyed. I can't wait to return to try out more of the menu. It's so nice to have such a stylish and upmarket feeling vegetarian option in town.
