Second time at Bonnies with two different groups and both times the food and service where excellent couldn’t fault a thing and the location and decor are brilliant. Highly recommend if you looking for something a bit special

Service needs to be improved, we waited over 50 minutes after finishing starters for our main courses which were forgotten. With a baby and toddler in tow this is too long and so eating our main course was stressful and could not stay for desert. The decor and ambience is lovely. If service is improved we will be back.

Very disappointing experience- food appeared to be just thrown onto the plate. Two items from two of the dishes were missing, this wasn’t communicated or advised by staff members when ordering. Other items included had to be requested, which appeared to be a big task for the staff member with no apology or acknowledgment of wrong doing. Really poor meal and slack service. Wouldn’t recommend.

Such a disappointing lunch at the end of January. Everything has got worse since I was there last in autumn . My advice to Bonnies is if you don't have the ingredients take the item off the menu!! Please train your waiting staff not to be so interrupting before the order has gone in and pay a little bit more attention after the food has been delivered. When you're serving burger and chips, over fried chips are an absolute disgrace. Our local chipper can do a better job. I won't be coming back again. The place was nearly empty and it was a bad lunch imagine how bad it would be if there was actually customers there?
