Ok great services
The four of us were thoroughly pleased with every minute we were there. Service was amazing, our waitress Brenda was engaging and funny. She shared her opinion on a wine suggestion that did not disappoint, "Infinito". We each chose different appetizers and entrées and enjoyed sampling everything among ourselves. "Thank You" all for delivering on a great experience that we hope to repeat every year. Brandon, thank you for your help with my reservation changes as well, our friends have been through the ringer this year and you made a huge impression on them❤
A really good place for a fine dining special place
Everything was perfect as always! We enjoyed our dinner.
The Glen Rock Mill Inn was the perfect choice for us on Thanksgiving. My husband and I both had the fried oyster appetizer and the Turkey dinner. Everything was delicious and we had leftovers for another complete meal on Friday, including dessert. Brandon and his staff are outstanding, the best in the business! We wish them the best, hope they can survive all the craziness and get back to being a thriving restaurant and inn.
We were warmly greeted by the owner and seated to a lovely spot near a water feature in place of a fireplace. There were many relics beautifully displayed and added to the atmosphere of nostalgia. The food was delicious and the pacing of the food service was impeccable. Our server was Sue and she was very friendly and professional. It was about an hour drive from Gettysburg where we were staying and was very picturesque and pleasant.
Outside there is a charming monument to the Glen Rock Carol Singers who were originally from England and started a tradition of caroling that is still continued to this day! Since were are all singers we found this especially wonderful. Lol!
From start to finish we could not have had a better Thanksgiving experience! I highly recommend this charming restaurant - the food was marvelous!!
Excellent food, service, and ambiance
Highly recommend
The Beef Wellington was outstanding, and I really enjoyed the cream of crab soup. A wonderful Thanksgiving dinner!
Everyone was amazing as always! Thanks you!!
A beautiful and historic building with great food!
Great place to dine. Food is exceptional and service was spot on.
Food was delicious. They were very accommodating to my husband’s food allergies.
Beautiful, relaxing atmosphere, terrific staff, food
Plenty of space to social distance and still have a great meal out!
Had brunch. Food quality was good. They were very accomodating for my kids since there was no kids menu. Will be back to eat again.
The Glen Rock Mill Inn is our neighborhood restaurant with great food and wonderful staff. The setting is wonderfully historic and the decor includes former tools and artifacts from the days when it was a Mill which adorn the walls. Before the 'new normal' it was also a good bar which provided live music on weekends. Good choice.
We had a great waitress and the food was very good!
Food was good -not amazing. Ambiance was amazing though-definite romantic destination! Would def give it another try!
Beautiful patio garden, friendly helpful staff, plenty of room between outdoor tables, very good food, in middle of small town with lots of architectural treasures.
Limited selection now because of the pandemic but there was enough choices in my opinion. Food was excellent service was great and the ambiance of this place is off the charts. I felt like I was eating in a restaurant from about 100 years ago.
Love the Inn. Warm Nov evening that cooled off. They had heaters so it was comfy. Limited menu. But will go back
We had a very memorable anniversary dinner. Everyone was soo nice. The free toast and card at the table was unexpected and a wonderful extra touch. The food, service and ambiance was exceptional. Can’t wait to go back with friends and family!
The food was amazing. What a great date night destination.
The food was so delicious and the service was wonderful.
The food was so delicious and we enjoyed sitting outside by the fire! Can’t wait to go back again!
The patio was a beautiful setting for a nice lunch on a Friday afternoon
We were the only patrons and sat outside to dine. Although it was rainy, there were three heaters working and the server moved umbrellas toward us to keep us warm and dry. The food was excellent and the service was just as good. We love the GRMI❤️❤️❤️
Menu was limited, but everything on it was great!
It is a hidden gem for the area. Better in most respects than Left Bank (food quality) or Blue Heron (noise level).
We went for an anniversary dinner, and Glen Rock Mill Inn went above and beyond to make it memorable!
Appetizer and main course were delicious and nice sized portions!! The dessert (apple crumb tart) was very tasty but it was extremely small
Great-food always delicious-excellent service!
Amazing food and beautiful!!
Always consistent and friendly!!
The smoke alarm went off but it was no big deal. These things happen! We love GRMI.
Dining at the Mill was wonderful. Their impeccable attention to detail was clearly evident in the delicious food, wonderful service and efforts to keep us warm, comfortable, and without stress as we dined. Perfect!!
Food and service were excellent. Imaginative menu, with a focus on fresh, local, quality ingredients. Great cocktails too!
Fine dining menu was limited, but it appeared to have something for everyone. You choose from 3 different categories for a set price. I don't know if the menu was due to covid or if that is their normal menu for the fine dining. There was also a bar menu available. The food was fantastic! Service was excellent. You were invited to explore other parts of the Mill. They take reservations, open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We listed our anniversary as our special occasion and got complimentary champagne. We will be back!
This was our first time at Glen Rock Mill Inn in years, and we enjoyed it tremendously! It was a perfect dining experience in every way. we look forward to dining there again in the near future. Kudos to the Chef!
Great service and the food was awesome. We especially liked sitting out in the courtyard on a perfect Fall day!
Fantastic restaurant!! The food was absolutely amazing and the atmosphere was so nice. Definitely will be returning
