   Easy booking system. Friendly staff but perhaps she was new as she didn’t know enough about the food nor drinks; she had to read off the menu when asked about a dish, and didn’t know what beers were available. Most of the food was excellent; prawn croquettes, lamb doughnuts, pork belly, tuna, short ribs. Aubergine doughnuts were not for us. There were a couple of rather loud groups which did affect the ambiance (nothing to do with the restaurant however). All in all, not bad at all.

   Always a local favourite for me. Good food, delicious wine selection, great service (Russell) always been super friendly and knowledgeable and the cosy atmosphere is on point.

    We had the best time at Good Neighbour. Each small plate was so delicious in its own right. They were all so interesting and enjoyable. We also enjoyed the cocktails! The staff were friendly and attentive. It is a little on the pricey side but is worth it in my opinion. It was just a bit too warm in there & it’s been that way the last two times we’ve been. We’ll definitely come back though!

    Not as cheap as some sharing plates places and some of the vegetarian dishes are forgettable, although most of the dishes where exciting, tasty and fun! servers where wonderful!

    Booked a table for our wedding anniversary. The table wasn’t ready when we arrived but the staff had prepared a place for us at the bar where we could have a drink and browse the menu and they had realised what the occasion was which was nice. Food was really outstanding and we had a lovely evening. The restaurant is quite small and was completely full so don’t expect a quiet table on a Saturday night as there were lots of groups of friends but it’s well worth a visit and we will definitely be back.

    Nice ideas in all of the veg, fish and meat sections. Not all of them hit the spot but some were really excellent. Tuna tataki particularly recommended.

    Outstanding food, as per usual. The lamb shoulder with dauphinoise was particularly standout, as was the goat cheese cake - beautifully presented, it played tricks with your mind - is it a dessert? Fabulous experience, will come back again and again.

    We always have the best food and the best time at Good Neighbour! This time we came for brunch and were blown away (as usual) by the food quality and flavours. Also the staff is always amazing, welcoming and just the best!

    This is a really friendly comfortable local restaurant with a really good selection of small plates to mix and match. can strongly recommend the Korean chicken & chips with black garlic dip ..a great place to escape to if Tooting Broadway gets too hectic !

    Even though the day we went the power was out the food was stunning and our waitress was charming and had everything under control. A masterclass in making sure everyone was taken care of. This place is always where I suggest first to people coming to toots

    100000% recommend. Great staff. The lady waiting our table had the best energy and it was a pleasure to have even been in HER presence. The food was 10/10, affordable and the cocktails were lovely! Also 50% during the period we were eating. I never leave reviews. But if your thinking about going, just go!

    First time visiting since moving to Tooting and we will definitely be back. Came to celebrate my boyfriend getting a job interview and felt very special without being fussy or OTT. Food was quick and delicious as well as out waitress being super helpful and friendly. Korean Fried Chicken was our favourite dish so we'll be back for this and would love to come for some small plates one lunchtime. We only had a glass of wine each but the menu was very intriguing so will try and do a pairing next time! Can't wait for our next visit!
