Nice for burger lovers it was great the food and atmosphere wonderful
Far from good burger. Mine is better for sure.
Very disappointed. Sorry Gordon!
The burger I had was best thing I have ever tasted even got a free slice of the best cake I’ve ever had for my bday
Really disappointing, went as a family of 4. Neither the burgers or hot dogs ordered were that good. Ordered 2 portions of chips, one never turned up, but they did remove both portions from the bill when we mentioned it. Pleasant staff, but service really slow in spite of restaurant being half empty. Sorry to say wouldn’t return.
Server I think was called Andy but he was very attentive.
Had the blue cheese burger and then the one with the egg in, shared fries all very tasty and had the wings to share.
Onion rings not amazing as a bit cold but other than that would recommend.
It’s not cheap as bill was £140 with 2 gin and tonics each- but it’s nice to have a treat.
The burgers were amazing, however the chips could have been more different or special, they felt rather ordinary. For example, there could have been skin on fries, more chunky chips etc
Food was perfect, had not one issues.
We was 30 mins late to are table, because of very heavy and we got seated right away.
Can not fault the service what so ever and will be back definitely!.
Had the famous £80 Wagyu beef burger as well as the recommendation from the staffs to whoever like spicy burger - Hell's Kitchen Burger. The Wagyu beef burger was definitely a 4 stars, but would I order again? Probably not due to the price. Hell's Kitchen Burger wasn't spicy at all! Guess what? Surprised! The chef had forget the jalapeno and chilli sauce in the burger. Fries were a bit soggy and oily.
Brilliant, very tasty burger and experience. Would recommend it to friends and family
My recent visit was really enjoyable. I had a really great time. The service was brilliant, staff were all very friendly and attentive. I had the lobster and shrimp burger which was amazing! The fries were also great! The only reason I score the food 4 out of 5 is because I ordered some onion rings and they were slight undercooked but they were still nice. Overall, it was really great and I wish there was a restaurant closer to my home town but will deffo visit again when in harrods!
Amazing food highly recommend lobster shrimp burger and truffle fries
The portions are very big. The burger was so good. Hand cut chips was a big bonus. Onion rings great. Proper size bottle of Coke.
All in all 5 stars!!
Very tasty and unique burgers, albeit Patty a touch dry for my taste. Great sides and milkshakes! A very decadent burger experience!!
Came all that way for the novelty £80 burger that was sold out and our fried were forgotten. As soon as the harrods closing announcement went out, waiting staff didn’t seem to care much except to clear down around us. Won’t rush back. I’ll spend £130 somewhere else
Best burgers we have had in a long while. Could not fault them and would definitely go back
Had the £80 burger and it was spot on, will definitely be having it again!
Outstanding food and service, book in early as some shakes and food options were sold out later in the evening
Ran out of half the items on the menu (including the infamous wagyu burger), we booked at 5:15pm and when we arrived they told us they close at 6pm so they refused to give us starters (why let us book at 5:15 then?!). Food was good but when you’re paying £35-40 for a burger and chips... it should be! Question is, is it any better than a normal burger joint? Definitely not. Would be keen to try it in 6 months time to see if they’ve ironed out these issues. Such a shame.. expect better from Gordon Ramsay.
We arrived at the restaurant and it was 4 o’clock , we got seated and the waiter told us they only had 2 or 3 things on the menu. They had no cheese for the burgers and no fries. I was very disappointed as I was looking forward to eating here.
The resturant had run out of several items on the menu. We were not told of this until we placed our order. No one told us this when we were in the queue or when we were sat at the table.
Our order was incorrect when it arrived, so we had to wait for the correct order to be cooked.
Tables were cleared but the floor was not swept up after. This was the case for several tables around us.
Overal the service was not what I would have expected
The food itaself was delicious.
Service was poor, order was incorrect twice, and they forgot the milkshake.
4 items on menu not available for lunch.
Food was good.
Food was excellent, I just can't justify spending £25 on what is essentially a normal burger plus having to pay extra for fries, although the portion sizes were good.
The Parmesan fries and the pudding shakes were excellent and worth the money, the burgers were disappointing though. Clearly good quality meat but my American burger very lacking in flavour - needed more toppings and less bun. Prosecco wasn’t particularly nice, tasted cheap and out of a cheap glass flute which didn’t help add to any feeling of quality for the £11 price tag. The ambience was that of a food terrace in a shopping mall, and whilst the fries and puddings were delicious, overall the experience wasn’t anywhere close to worth the £115 price tag for burger & fries, 1 drink and a desert for 2 people. Won’t be going again.
One of the starters came out cold. Our drinks took 15 minutes too come and the food came before the drinks which is shocking for a restaurant with such a reputation. The food was very good how ever the service was shocking.
Food was absolutely perfect and we couldn't fault it! Had the wagyu burger and it was delicious and definitely worth the money. We left feeling full and satisfied. Unfortunately the service we received wasn't the best and considering we paid 200 pound for a meal it really did take the shine off of the experience. I'd always wanted to try something of Gordon Ramsays too so whilst the food was perfect I'm sad the experience wasn't what I had hoped for. We sat down and went with the wagyu burger as this is what we'd travelled to London for. The waiter seemed surprised by this and asked us oh,really? when we requested this - we may of not been the poshest people but certainly didn't look too shabby. A personalised knife with our name carved on was then offered to us, on the premise of if we was going to come back any time soon. Then a little while after another member of staff came who said it was for the first 100 people who had ordered the burger and gave me a piece of paper and pen to write our names down. I'm glad he did because being in the first 100 we would of definitely done it however it was initially explained that we could do it if we come back to Harrods soon, we have never been to Harrods before so wasn't really sure if this was normal or not. Then our food came and the waiter then decides to tell us there's a story behind the wagyu burger and makes a separate comment of how it is the best beef in the world, as if we didn't know what it was. I know full well what wagyu is and I felt like I was being treated as if I am stupid, perhaps it was my perception..anyway why not tell us when we ordered as opposed to when the food came. It was 80 pounds each we wanted to eat it while it was hot! We was interuppted many times whilst eating and whilst its nice staff were trying to be helpful it felt a little too much. I loved the food and I am glad I went but it really made the experience not very special because I feel like we was treated as if we were paupers.
The starters were great but the burger didn’t taste of anything. Really disappointed as the narrow, one of Gordon’s restaurants, burger is great and we had high expectations. We had two different burgers and both were over cooked (didn’t ask us how we wanted it cooked) and tasteless. Service was really good.
Great food, great service .. lived up to expectations!
Chose to go to Gordon Ramsay Burger after going to the one in Las Vegas on numerous times.
It didn’t disappoint, it wasn’t cheap but it’s only what you would expect from one of these restaurants but the food was beautiful !!
The wings were spicy but not over the top, the truffle wasn’t over powering which I have found in a lot of restaurants.
And then the burgers !!
The wagyu was on a different level although it should be for £80
My girlfriend had the bleu cheese burger and that was lovely too. Cooked to perfection and full of flavour.
Would definitely go again
