Lovely food exceptional service from lady who took bookings got us in earlier was a lovely person .. food delicious cosy and very festive definitely would go again
Loved it. Child friendly too. Food was outstanding.
Good for a quick bite, quite overpriced for a rather small burger, however, fries were delicious
No follow up after initial service. Burgers average
Relatively small portions, but the quality is really amazing!
Amazing food at a very reasonable price. Very fast service. Would recommend
A little bit noisy but otherwise a nice meal in an intimate environment.
We were able to book at the very last minute on Saturday, so it's a plus. Food was ok,my burger just a bit cold, and service nice and quick (I'm still waiting for my water though ;) overall, good impression for casual dining.
Food was great as expected, Service was ok but the most disappointing was the hygiene level of the toilets ....very poor for a Gordon Ramsay establishment.
Service was excellent. Very fast. The burgers were excellent and chips were outstanding. Pleasantly surprised that the prices were so low, given that it’s in central London.
Staff were patchy, food was delicious, but £15 for a small burger, chips and soft drinks was a bit steep.
Booked a table only to be told they don’t have tables inside and sat us outside, waited 20+ just for a menu. Couple that turned up 10 minutes after us then got seated inside. Ended up walking out and not even ordering waste of a 40 minutes or our evening
Burguers came cold and sodas were flat - no fizz at all
The trip was tainted by the fact our open table booking was not showing up on the restaurants booking system iPad.
This meant we had to sit at an unreserved table outside as that is all they had free
Good quality burger bar food served attentively in a convenient central location
The food was good, so was the price and the service, but the music inside is loud. We had to ask for an outside table simply to have a conversation.
Excellent burger, very good service.
Great food/great service
Value for money is moderate
We had booked - but still ended up being sat outside without choice - it is late October and their wall-mounted space heaters weren’t working.
Food came acceptably quickly - everything cooked really nicely - crispy fresh onion rings, tasty fries and the burgers were excellent.
Service was friendly and efficient although when we arrived there was a longish queue at the front door caused by the staff member responsible for seating customers also taking take-out orders from people who couldn’t wait.
It’s worth it for the food but they need to sort their act out…
Good! But I expected more
Had reservations and got seated inside. Service was very slow. Good was delicious but small portion sizes.
Really polite, helpful and friendly staff, the food was delicious and although it was very busy never felt rushed. Will definitely go to eat there again and recommend to anyone in London to eat there.
Burgers were very tasty indeed although my burger slightly over cooked but sons was perfect.
Onion rings and dip were delicious.
Much more a diner than restaurant but we’ll worth a visit. Good value
Burger “ok “ had better ...
Portion and the burger itself is small for the price .
I Ordered the JFC, the description of the ingredients was Jorkys fried chicken, chilly buttermilk chicken, hash brown, lettuce, cheese and jfc sauce. When I ordered I asked my server is it spicy? he answered notso spicy we can make it less spicy by changing the sauce which was fine for me, I was expecting to receive a burger bun with Jorkys fried chicken and chilly buttermilk chicken, instead of that I received only a burger bun with all the ingredients except the jorkys fried chicken. I asked the menu from the waiter he asked me if there is any issue I asked him w
i was expecting to receive a double chicken burger, I explained to him what I understood when I read the description and he said to me you might be right let me ask the kitchen staff. He went all the employees had a five min discussion, once the manager went there he explained to her, she came back to me to explain me the burger name is J.F.C and the Jorkys Fried Chicken stand for an important person of Mr Ramsay's business family, I said to her I know about Jorkys he is the sous chef of Ramsay's kitchens. I suggest to her she will have to communicate this issue with the HQ as it can be confusing for customers. They might be able to add the "Jorky's Fried Chicken" next or underneath the title inside brackets. The manager she didn't apologies she just said I came to explain why we have it like this. She didn't offer to me any drink or discount. She was polite but as a customer I will not go back as its underestimate it for the value of money and what you get.
Food was good, but service was very poor. Waiter was offhand. We waited 30 minutes for our food to arrive, whereas those who arrived after us only waited 15 minutes. Food was then left on the pass for 5 minutes before being taken to an outside table and another inside table before eventually getting to us. Luckily it was very tasty when it arrived
We loved every morsel and every moment. The staff were fantastic.
Flavour of the burgers, chips and onion rings was very good and the table service prompt. Our onion rings did not arrive until after we’d finished the burgers, the portion size was small for the price and the soft drink syrups weren’t replenished and monitored, so overall not good value and failed to live up to expectations.
Could improve in cleanliness. Food is ok. The use of wine glasses could be recommended.
Really liked our burgers & fries, staff were nice
Food was mediocre except the chips which were great. Table was awful. On the busy side of charring cross road members of the public were walking through the barriers and brushing past knocking the table. Drinks glasses were so small. Burgers were just meh. Have had far better elsewhere. Would only come back for the chips which were surprisingly exceptional
Perfect portion sizes, simple menu, creative recipes and very friendly and present staff. Very impressed.
Delicious burgers and fries, and free drink refills for £15 in central London. Staff were excellent too
Birthday trip away & booked for lunch. Great value, food was so good couldn’t fault anything certainly will be returning. Great if you want to dine in but don’t want the 1.30hr plus booking. 30/45 mins is ample then can back on with your day. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. A**
Very messy but very tasty burger. The portions are just a bit small for the price. I don’t drink soft drink so I don’t use the unlimited refill which makes the burger a bit expensive. I was still hungry at the end.
The food was good but no better than that. At the prices charged, I was expecting way better.
Booked ahead of theatre so the speed was good but a tad pricey for an average burger and chips
Beef patty very tough, dry and gamey flavour. Chicken burger and the fries were nice.
Casual Burger Joint, average. Quick service. Pleasant staff.
We went there for my husband 's birthday and it was just perfect! Thank you.
