The service was nice and the food was lovely but some of it wasn’t very warm
15% service charge is way to high and to automatically put a charity charge on the bill is a little naughty. Food is excellent and excellent value for money. Servers are very very polite. I asked for water as my soft drink and sure it is tap water so should be a branded water maybe if it is advertised as a free soft drink like coke etc. Have been here a couple of times now and will continue to do so. Red cabbage coleslaw would be a nice choice as a side offering at a charge in addition to the main.
Burger was a little cold but still enjoyable and tasted good
I had the lamb burger probably one of the worse burgers I’ve had .
The burgers and chips were really tasty. I was disappointed when I ordered a beer and had to use a tumbler for it, would’ve preferred a proper beer glass. When we got the bill it was more than expected with service charge and £5 donation charge. I would’ve preferred to be asked first rather than expected to pay this.
Meat was very overcooked
Easy menu and pricing, friendly service and really tasty food.
Food was nice but we was only in there for half an hour and thought the 15% service charge and charity donation was a bit steep, should’ve been asked about the donation rather than see it on the bill at the end
Arrived on time to be told they were full and we would have to wait 20 minutes despite booking and there being several empty tables. The manager came over after we complained and we were seated directly under a speaker with banging music. Before my coat was off we were asked if we were ready to order.
The menu is small which is absolutely fine however for the 4 cocktails just having a name and no ingredients is a joke. “Hard lemonade” is just a vodka lemonade.
The music is so loud the waitress could not hear us and we had to shout while she leaned across the table.
Our glass of wine was served in a straight out of the dishwasher thick glass tumbler which was boiling hot then the food arrived both burgers were Luke warm and drenched in so much sauce my bun disintegrated when I picked it up.
I get that this is a burger joint and is not a high end restaurant but at £55 for two people I have had much better in terms of quality and service for that amount of money.
Our waiter Claudia was amazing !!! The service she gave us was brilliant and made our celebrations go smooth. Everything was just Amazing no other word to describe the night food was Amazing !
Our server she was the best. We had a late booking 9:45 and she welcomed us, didn’t rush us. When we were the last customers in the restaurant she ensured us not to rush and take our time . So courteous and friendly, invaluable member of staff. Please send her our appreciation. Food was excellent also.
Staff were really helpful, a very enjoyable experience. Thank you.
Incredible! Highly recommend the onion rings and the banana split along with the burgers, of course! So delicious.
Very nice will 100% be going back if your every in the o2 go for it very cheap
Staff were very helpful & nice. Food was ok
Amazing food. Staff were friendly, helpful.
Friendly staff and pricing is ideal, but burger wasn't hot at all. Poor food. Expectation was to be high but was poor food. Don't think Gordon Ramsey wouldn't be happy serving a poor burger and not cooked. Won't be returning im afraid.
Great tasting burger, great value meal. Great service!
Overall the experience was not bad, very friendly staff and decent actual street themed environment. However I expected better quality burger considering this restaurant is opened by Gordon Ramsay. I know the price reflects what you get most of the time, but the burger patty is a little disappointing. I upgraded the patty from Hell’s Kitchen Burger to wagyu beef, but the patty is definitely overcooked as it’s quite dry even when wagyu itself is known for its juiciness. On top of that, the lamb burger patty is dry is well. Still, have to admit that the burger recipes and combinations are quite appetising.
amazing food - best burgers ever! great value for money also!
Good burger venue to come along with friends and family
Amazing value! £15 for any burger, fries and unlimited soft drinks. We took our Son for a quick dinner. It was ‘quick’. Reminded me of a Nandos for burgers. But was what we were looking for. Will definitely be going back.
Food was ok - The beef patty was dry and lumpy, and the whole bun is tall but not wide enough to hold everything in, which made it messy to eat.
Would go back to Five Guys, Honest Burgers and GBK, where I can get better experience with more choices and flexibility.
very service, amazing burger and a beautiful birthday cake.
Best burgers ever according to my 14 year old twins. I loved the sweet potato chips...!
Amazing food and service. The individual that serviced us was so polite and went above and beyond to help us.
Absolutely outstanding… the best burger I’ve ever eaten
Great food, modern and stylish design, relaxed atmosphere, even better staff and very friendly service!!
Made reservations but due to cab issues we were running slightly late, I have let the restaurant know and upon arrival there were no issues. Greeted and seated quite promptly in one of their booths, which are very comfortable and private. Deals are affordable and good value for money but you can still upgrade for a small fee if you prefer sweet potato fries or an alcohol beverage. Juan was very friendly and accommodating and I received a beautiful birthday dessert with a candle and the entire restaurant sang Happy Birthday!! I also wanted to mention Bilan's outstanding customer oriented service as we were checked on while enjoying our meals and also had our drinks replenished. We have thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will definitely return again!
Fist time coming here, food was very nice, service was very good. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere.
Good atmosphere, staff were nice and helpful, service was fast and most importantly the food was delicious
Burger was stupidly salty. Service was fine, price is relatively low / moderate given you get unlimited drinks + fries on top.
This was my second time dining here and I tried the Hells Kitchen burger excellent service as always and the burger and chips complimented each other very well.Absolutely excellent dining experience I absolutely recommend
Staff were fantastic, very accommodating
Everything about the experience was perfect, from the service, through the presentation of food and obviously the burger, which was absolutely amazing. I can honestly say that it was the best burger I have ever had. And I mean it!
Well what can I say. First off the staff and service was incredible. The staff were first class and couldn’t have done more, that was the only positive. The food was awful and very overpriced. You couldn’t find the burger amongst the greasy bun with far too much relish and the relish tasted very cheap. When you have options like GBK, beer and burger, even five guys, in close proximity you need to be better and frankly this place wasn’t. You would think with the Gordon Ramsey name attached it would be a high quality burger but it was just so greasy and messy. I’ve had better burgers out of a van at a football match. It’s such a shame because I was soo looking forward to this. Massive let down with much better burgers about at the o2. This needs a massive improvement or it won’t be about long. Really disappointing.
It was so great super clean hgreat music qr codes to scan for menus and to check in with the NHS App.The food was filling delicious and was made with good quality produce you can taste the difference.I had the ODG burger which came with fries and I got the sticky toffee pudding milkshake!Would defo recommend wveryone to vicist and experience lit was only £18 great food at a great price
We went on opening day! Lovely food, amazing friendly staff. Just wish the music was a little quieter so we didn’t have to shout to order/to each other. The popcorn milkshake was delicious!
