Good all round! Definitely worth it the view from the terrace is great when it sunny
The brunch menu only had eggs on it, and there was no mention of the brunch menu on the website or the fact that the regular menu was unavailable.
Our server provided the wrong information about the safety of the eggs for pregnancy and it took a while to convince him to confirm with the kitchen.
Tables were too close to each other, and we were sitting on top of other customers, which did not feel safe.
But the ambiance was the divine, the view absolutely lovely, and the food was good.
Everything is very expensive. Staff are great. Burgers were very poor
Nice food, got a little loud once it was full. But I guess that is partly down to the current regulations forcing everyone outside.
Food was good - however prices have been increased a bit excessively post-lockdown. A curry at £20 and fish and chips at £19 really is pushing the limits for casual dining in my opinion! Service was great though and will always remain a good spot.
We went here for a last minute night out with friends for some nice food and drinks. The service was fine but the place had not much atmosphere and the food was definitely over priced and not special.
The steak was 35 pounds and for that I thought it would be something special but I was very disappointed and not even a chip served with it !
One to be avoided there are plenty of other choices close
Lunch for the family (4 adults) on Saturday. We loved our riverside table - thank you! Scallops were great. So were the buffalo wings and the butter chicken curry mains. Dad loved his sticky toffee pudding. Chicken Caesar salad was unfortunately average in our opinion. My particular gripe is the use of marinated anchovies (boquerones) instead of the salted fillets of anchovy. I can’t believe GR would approve! Also, the house rose was some sort of Syrah, I think. My fiancé ordered a glass and it looked like ribena. A matter of personal taste, but I would have thought a venue at this level would have at least served a better offering as a house wine. Anyway, we had excellent service from Emmanuelle and his colleagues & overall it was fabulous and we will be back.
Booking was super quick and easy.
Lovely table in the conservatory.
Service was good
Food yummy and generous.
Not so good:
Not much instructions about parking so ended up parked along the road since it was a Sunday.
On arrival. The hand sanitiser at the entrance was empty.
The 3 scoops of ice cream was disgraceful small for the price.
Gorgeous food, lovely venue, beautiful views, incredible staff.......
Heavenly. Chilled out and welcoming.
Can’t wait to go back.
Gorgeous setting but freezing sat in the conservatory, most people kept their jackets on. Hake main was barely luke warm and fish & chips were under-seasoned, both bit soggy & lacking in flavour therefore overall felt a bit expensive for the quality. The potted beef starter was nice. Was just reopening after lockdown so might just been teething issues & service was lovely, staff were really friendly & inviting.
Lovely spot by the river and nice staff, however food is very overpriced and not that exciting/average, relying on the name above all else. Go for a drink but skip the food
Love this restaurant, the atmosphere last night was amazing and the staff, service and food was exceptional as always! So looking forward to going back once open again after the lockdown.
Excellent service and good food.
Nice quiet location
Everything was ok, but a little underwhelming. Service was ok, polite staff but not very attentive. We were there for the Sunday Roast, the Yorkshire pudding and beef were great, the veg was ok, seasoned, but a small portion and there are better places both in terms of taste and value for money. In my opinion hawksmoor roast is much better and similar price.
Delicious food and fantastic views!
Dog friendly pub, staff are fantastic .
Will be back. Very happy! Festive menu is great.
Hand Sanitiser at the entrance was empty
One of the toilets was out of order
It took some time before we were asked what drinks we would like and the restaurant wasn’t that busy. I just didn’t feel like I was getting the Gordon Ramsey Brand more a pub at lunch time with Gordon Ramsay prices
Lovely view of River Thames and surrounding areas of London. Beef Wellington was a particular highlight.
Wasn’t what we expected at all, by the brand we had expected something a bit more upmarket.
Food was good enough, music was too loud and the atmosphere didn’t really exist
The beer selection was basic and quite disappointing with same labels which can be found in convenience stores and most of pubs in London.
The food was okay but lacked any spark or attempt at standing out. I won’t question ingredients quality but the avocado puree that comes with the tuna tartare felt a bit odd and perhaps made way too much in advance. The fish and chips was disappointing to say the least with oily batter that we left on the plate.
The vegetable sides were particularly good but it was not enough to balance the rest.
We left a disappointed because we were expecting everything to be a tad more special after following chef Ramsey on his various masterclasses and seeing how much he cares about food.
I appreciate this is probably the entry level of the Ramsey’s world but it could have been better.
It was a lovely place, food was amazing and staff couldn’t do enough for us, I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family
Food was lovely perfect for a sunday dinner, portions were bigger then we expected. The roast beef was beautiful melted in your mouth, the gravy was lovely and the veg was cooked perfect
Food was good but service was very very slow. We waited for an hour and 15 minutes until we received our food. We also arrived for lunch at 3pm so it wasn't a busy time at all.
Food was average at best, overpriced and certainly not good value for what we paid.
Food was average; nothing to shout about. Separately, the value was not there.
Left a little underwhelmed - it lacks the precision for the prices they're charging. Nice location, pleasant service but not likely to return.
it was a nice dinner ... overall positive

Rather cold inside the covered areas. Need a few heaters.
Dear GaryC Thanks for your review. We look forward to host you back again in the future. Kind regards, The Narrow Team
Sunday roast was average at best.
Yorkshires were soggy, roast potatoes like aunt bessies and pork belly a small portion and soft crackling.
Good location and nice staff.

I went to the Narrow for my birthday and was underwhelmed by the some of the service and the food. The waitress came to get our order less than a minute after we sat down and when we asked for a minute she disappeared for a very long time. After we eventually got our drinks we were never offered a refill. The cocktails were delicious and we could have done with another round but it was hard to get service. It was quite early in the evening (before six PM) and not that busy so not sure why. The waitress that brought out our food was attentive and quick so no complaints there. Overall I wasn't that impressed but the experience has not completely put me off, maybe this was a one-off blip. I certainly expected higher standards based on the name of the establishment.

Food is excellent quality and perfectly cooked and presented well.
The venue itself has a lovely view of the river.
Service was also excellent.

Lovely evening. Took advantage of the Love London set menu that was good value. There was a good selection of alcoholic cocktails/other drinks, but the wine by the glass was on the pricey side. Nice setting, great location and good service. We will be back.
Dear Kamakin Thanks for your review. We are happy to hear you enjoyed your experience with us on your last visit. We much looking forward to host you back soon. Kind regards, The Narrow Team
Disappointed with the food - thought that the standard would be higher. It was okay, goodish, but nothing to write home about
Dear Anonymous Thanks for your review. We are sorry to hear that you did not find our food up to your expectations. We hope that despite this, you will visit us again in the future. Kind regards, The Narrow Team
The experience was rather average. Food was good but nothing exciting. Basic set of meals to choose from but not executed to the level you would expect from celebrity branded place. I'd not recommended this place. Staff was pleasant and helpful. A toilet was appalling.

Overpriced (£10 for 10-15 mussels, £5 for side of chips, £22 for Tortellini) and tiny portions - I left feeling hungry and didn't want to spend anymore money at this establishment.
Then they put on 15% service charge which we refused to pay , we paid 10%.
Never coming back again.

We will share your feedback with the rest of the team in order to improve and to do better in the future. We look forward to host you back soon. Kind regards, The Narrow Team
We visited for breakfast - the food was lovely, bacon was maybe slightly underdone for streaky bacon as it was quite fatty. The service was attentive and friendly. Beautiful setting for brunch right next to the river and prices were very reasonable, the same prices you would find elsewhere in London for brunch. Would definitely recommend!
Dear LucyD Thanks for your review. We are glad to hear you had a great experience with us on your last visit. We look forward to host you back soon. Kind regards, The Narrow Team
The menu on line and one on restaurant were different so was disappointed
Dear DannyW Thanks for your review. We are sorry to hear you left disappointed on your last visit. We hope that despite this, you will visit us again in the future. Kind regards, The Narrow Team
