Disappointing for a Gordon Ramsey’s restaurant. Needs refurbishment. Roast was alright but desserts for the prices were a shame. Microscopic ice-cream and the Bakewell tart was dry.

The food was not a good uality and far too over priced!!!! infact asda probably could do a better quality steak. Our cocktails kept taking too long to be delivered and there was no social distancing rules in place what so ever! we paid 170 for our meal and quite frankly I would rather pay that for mcdonalds than the rubbish we were served

Don’t bother! This is not the sort of establishment you would expect Gordon Ramsey to have his name on. The place is tired and the service is seriously sub par and for such sub par service they have the audacity to Wack a 15% service charge onto the bill! The food was nice but the portions are tiny, we left hungry. Other than the view there’s not much good to say. Certainly expected a lot better from a Gordon Ramsey restaurant, oh and they charge £6.50 a pint! Avoid - there’s far nicer Gastro pubs (which this isn’t) where you’ll find a much better service and much better value. Really disappointing.

The specials on the blackboard were spelt incorrectly.
My partner and I ordered 1 rib eye, 1 sirloin and the same steak arrived, the kitchen had run out of items but only told us when the food arrived.
The wines were not of great quality.
For a £200 meal for two I was extremely disappointing.
Would not return.

I think the poor old narrows is suffering with juggling the new table service for casual drinking and dining, there were not enough staff to cater for all. Our starter did not appear until after our mains, our drinks order was mixed up and our repeated requests for the bill were ignored. It’s a pity because it’s been a favorite of ours the last few years.

Oh dear...... always loved the Narrow, but CV19 has taken its toll.... I understand no menus but if you have spotty mobile coverage then it’s hard to get the menu on your phone and the Wi-fi was also in and out! Then the first two beers I ordered both had ran out, leaving on a single lager choice (warm day!) and £5 for a small cup of fries seems a tad profiteering! Lastly the sticky toffee pudding was nowhere near as good as it used to be 😢 The mains were great but even with the Love London menu it seems pricey, and quality has diminished and the lack of draughts is poor...

Gordon Ramsey phoning it in. This is a really stunning location, on which it cannot be faulted: I can watch the river go by all day. But the food really is only so-so at these prices, especially with such a famous name attached to the place. And there's a surprisingly 'narrow' range of options on the menu. However, I enjoyed it and I would recommend it as a destination, if not for fine dining.

We waited an hour for our food and had to ask for the bread we’d ordered just to have something to nibble after 50 mins. Our meals were delicious but we also had to ask for condiments water and never got to ask for another round of drinks as we never saw anyone again. However They did bring My husband a slice of almond bakewell For his birthday which was really kind. Loved the food but kitchen was obviously busy with a lot of outdoor diners and not many staff to see to the few of us inside.

Service wasn’t worth the service charge they attempted to charge( it’s now 15% and the % is hidden) When a waiter doesn’t know what English mustard is, it’s very worrying considering it’s a Gordon Ramsay flagship.

Warm white white, no ability to properly chill. The conservatory west window desperately needs a sun blind, the bright evening sun was unbearable and spoiled the comfort.

The experience did not live up to the hype of going to a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. Falafel burger was quite dry and the beer flat. Staff was very good. But not going back.

Dined here for my partners birthday, tuna tartar was excellent however the salted beef srater was to neither of our liking. Main course - sea bream was delicious and cooked to perfection unfortunately the steak was very very salty and the stealth fries were like McDonalds chips that had been left waiting too long and doused in salt. Also the tenderstem broccoli was very stringy and had to be chewed then discarded like sugar cane. Staff were lovely and dealt with the complaints with grace and offered us a free cocktail and took money off the bill. So over all we were happy with the service.

Staff were not wearing face coverings or gloves.
Ladies toilet was filthy - Gents not inspected
A dessert was served on a dirty plate and was sent back
Another 'warm' dessert was served cold and was sent back
Cheese selection was a single slab of blue cheese - hardly a 'selection'

Had a great roast dinner, staff very helpful and friendly. Had a problem with the food when it first came out but was sorted easily and quickly, then it was wonderful.
Lovely restaurant setting. And the sticky toffee pudding is a must.

The restaurant was open for business like many others given the pandemic, but I felt uncomfortable most of the time with the level of precautions that were taken by the staff.

None of the staff were wearing face masks, the tables were way too close to one another and the ceiling was closed off despite having the ability to open up. The bathrooms also did not feel particularly clean. It is a lovely venue due to where it's located, but I wouldn't be comfortable eating there again.

Food-wise, the eggs benedict was quite cold by the time it was served.

Very disappointed. Toilets were revolting at 2pm, and they wanted to sit us at a horrid table by the bbq even though I'd booked. Plus the love menu is not available on the weekend?? We left and won't be returning. Shame I was looking forward to it and been to many of Gordons restaurants and loved them. Had a lovely lunch down the road instead.

Starters totally excellent - burgers awful, but taken off bill. Service good, but would have preferred waiter to have worn mask and stepped a little further away from the table. Music a bit too loud, guide lines suggest low music to prevent shouting. But great to be out !

Lovely location on the river and good efforts have been made to keep the experience socially distant. The food was good and we all enjoyed what we had (most of us having Sunday roasts). I particularly enjoyed the mussels starter. The food is a little overpriced but I think you are generally paying for the name and the setting. Overall would recommend!

Didn't see much in the way of safety precautions for COVID-19. No one was wearing a mask and didn't see any anti-bacterial available at the entrances. Waiters were going past very closely, didn't feel that comfortable. Tables were clean though and split out far away which was good.
We waited a long time for our drinks to arrive and thought the food was fairly over-priced for a burger and fish and chips. It was tasty but didn't hit the mark I wanted it to.

Went for brunch first day back after lockdown eased. Ordered the vegetarian breakfast which was well cooked but woefully generic. They did not have the halloumi which was on the menu as part of the dish. I wasn’t made aware of this but simply told they increased the size of the other portions yet mine seemed the same as my girlfriend’s that ordered the full English breakfast. Service was good and prompt. Ambience lacking but understandable given the circumstances.

The service was really very nice! As for my daughter, same for me.
But it was too noisy for taking pleasure of the meal and amazing panoramic view.
The meatballs for my daughter was also too spicy for a girl of 6 years old..

We booked for Sunday lunch and our table was located in the Conservatory area at the rear, with full sun and views of the River, which was great on a very cold day! 🤗 The waiting staff were very attentive. I had the roast chicken which was succulent and moist and my partner ordered the sea bass which was delicious and well cooked. We had a very reasonable bottle of house red wine and the cheesecake with rhubarb sauce for dessert. A very enjoyable lunch and though the food can be a bit ‘hit and miss’ at times, on this occasion it was very good.
