Hi First off let me say we really enjoy coming here as a family and we always love the food however our last visit was not great. The stag and greeting were excellent as was our server however the food was not up to its usual standard. My husband ordered the chicken burger ( one of his favourites ) and I ordered your famous chicken sandwich with fries. My kids has pasta. The chicken burger was dry and the chicken sandwich when I opened it had no stuffing practically no garlic aioli and two very small pieces of chicken certainly not what I would consider good value for money. I asked our server and she brought me out some stuffing and garlic but no chicken !! So I was able to add to it. The management were good about it and removed our drinks from the bill. 7 up Coke Zero and Kulana for the kids. I left feeling disappointed and to be honest hungry. Kind regards Mary Whelan

I booked & specified that both myself & my daughter were coeliacs. They had no options for her only roast chicken & chips or curry. She 6 so curry isn’t an option. She had the roast chicken- which was sliced chicken for sandwiches!!! Really?? One toilet open downstairs- where there was a constant Q, making people rush & feel uncomfortable. Staff were lovely but won’t be returning!

I wanted poached eggs and toast. I was asked by server to order from menu as it would make his life a whole lot easier. Also our table was being cleaned as we were still eating, felt like we were being rushed out the door. Clearly not able to cope with high volume of customers. Ill be ensuring those i know wont be going there again. Unacceptable as i was a regular customer.

Staff were welcoming, friendly and gave us great attention. Food was delicious, well presented and generous plates. Relaxed atmosphere with mix of families, couples and work group. Decor is pretty and comfortable. Would gladly return.
