   Food is very tasty, however the overall experience is let down by slow service. Friendly staff, but just very slow. I had to ask for the dessert menu after waiting circa 30 minutes after finishing meal.

   Nice atmosphere and great location. Outdoor table on a sunny day is a real treat. Food up to GFP standard but not blown away. Service very good. Would certainly go back.

   Couldn't get served for ages, anytime we did ask for something it took 2 or 3 times to receive it. One server was very good and the other was very rude and clearly did not want to be working.. Food has majorly reduced in size since my last visit and the prices do not reflect this. We got dessert which was still frozen when we got it. Won't be back.

   Food was terrible Buns on 2 of the burgers were burnt. We ordered a plain burger and stressed to staff it had to be plain. It arrived dressed. By the time it was replaced the other guessed had nearly finished. The meat in the burger was like the left overs from the rest of the days meat. It did not even look like meat. I could not finish it as the middle of the burger was a different colour and texture to the rest of it. Same situation with the bacon looked like they took it out of the scrap bin. We did complain and they took eight off an eighty euro bill. I know it was the last service of the day but that’s no reason to Serve up slop. Must have visited this place 30 times over the last few years with no issues. NEVER AGAIN. Would have made a bigger fuss at the time but did not want too as it was a birthday dinner.

    Food was nice.. but customer service has a lot to be desired, we were swarmed with wasps which ruined the experience. We asked if we could sit in the corner by the benches but wasn't explained the reason not to sit there. We said it to the staff who were quite nice and reasonable, we gave solutions positive feedback but i don't feel they'll do anything about it. I've worked managing hotels and restaurants for years and if there were any issues we'd make it up with some good will gesture, but non was made, now we never want to return..so I won't. Congratulations you've just lost a loyal customer..

    Food was alright, definitely has been better in the past, service wasn’t very good, barely any servers in the outside seating are, spent ages trying to get someone’s attention, very disorganised.

    The service was excellent and the team were very attentive and friendly. The food was good we had the chicken,hake and burger for main followed by apple tarting, profiteroles and Lemon merengue. All dishes were to a good standard with only one exception the lemon merengue which was tasteless and the base was too thick. That said we would have no hesitation in coming back... Well done

    I am a regular in the Gourmet Food Parlour in Santry and as always I was not disappointed. The staff are so pleasant, the service is excellent and the food is so good. I highly recommend a visit!

    Had a lovely breakfast, however the only thing that let the restaurant down was the cutlery left a lot to be desired. There was a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant. Would go back.

    It was BH soo was busy, booked table online. Service was excellent but the food not soo much. Chicken wings are very salty and no taste, they’re supposed to come with rustic fries but mine didn’t, hasn’t to ask! The chicken sandwich was dry and doesn’t come with any fries. The chicken and bacon César was good.

    We had a lunch booking for 9. Staff were so helpful, friendly and cheerful despite being very busy, top marks to them. I'm not a fan of brunch at lunchtime so from that point of view the menu was limited but the chicken burger I had was very good, a light crumb coating and very tasty chipotle aioli and the fries are lovely and chunky.

    The waitress recognised us from before when we brought the mother in law whos coeliac. We went for breakfast, sat outside under a cover..everything was delicious except the scrambled egg which was quite soggy and wet..like it wasn't cooked properly. Everything else was lovely though. Great coffee and very polite and professional staff. We've been here before a few times and we'll definitely be here again

    There was a draft going through the restaurant. People kept leaving the door open. It made my mam cold and she enjoyed the restaurant less because of it. The food and staff were lovely.

    I was surprised and disappointed with the service. I have had some really good experiences here before and hope this was just an off day. I had to ask 3 different people for a high chair before one was brought 15-20 minutes after asking the first person. A single knife and fork were left on the table for 3 people, and I had to ask for a steak knife. No one came back over to the table during the meal to check if everything was ok. Again this does seem out of the ordinary. I would still recommend the restaurant as hoping this is a blip.

    The service was terrible. The table wasn't properly set. I had to seek out a waiter to serve us drinks before ordering food. I had to request a sugar bowl. It was again taken off the table to serve another table before we had finished our meal. I had to go up to the till to request our bill as again I couldn't get a waiter to the table. The poached eggs were cold.

    Food was fantastic as usual. Huge portions. Booked for my mothers 85th birthday which I did inform them of at time of booking. She was only one to order dessert out if the party of 8 and dessert came out really quickly compared to our mains. So I didn’t get time to ensure they put a candle in her dessert. No acknowledgment was made which was disappointing, but otherwise it was all a lovely experience
