Gracias Madre - West Hollywood
The idea of Gracias Madre was first conceived while visiting the families of our employees in Mexico. We wanted to do both; offer organic Mexican food to the communities we serve as well as honor the mothers who work tirelessly in the kitchens of Mexico and often live without their husbands and children while they work side by side with us in California. Inspired by some of the recipes of these families and the love of their mothers, Gracias Madre serves organic, farm fresh, locally sourced food, full of flavor and love paired along side with our agave-based cocktail program spearheaded by Beverage Director Maxwell Reis.

Ambiance and service was great, food lacked flavor.
Super fast service! Our server was really nice and overheard us wishing our friend a happy birthday so she brought gelato with a candle. Food is always very yummy but this time it was really fast! Not too crowded either.
Nice atmosphere and customer service. Food was OK. Overpriced but typical for the area to pay for higher rents in my opinion. You can definitely get organic or vegan food that’s better tasting for half the cost, but not the atmosphere. Would still recommend and come back.

If you are looking for one of THE best outdoor dining spots in LA, then look no further! The first time I visited, I could not get over the gorgeous patio and, well, same the other night. It is truly magical with an outdoor bar, fireplace, and large olive trees with white lights everywhere. I wish more restos in town had more permanent and beautiful outdoor dining spots. And never mind everything is plant based - delicious and filling and creative. Your meat eating friends won't even miss what they're not getting. Highly recommend the house margs with the top shelf tequila. Cheers!

Gracias Madre has always been an OG favorite of mine, but there were a few menu changes that weren't as delicious as they used to be like the crab cake and cauliflower. Will forever love it there, but did notice this small difference.
It was quite chilly for Sunday brunch but their heat lamps helped. The birthday dessert was a scoop of their hibiscus sorbet.

There was not enough social distancing in place. I felt very uncomfortable eating there.

Good vegan food..For a Mexican restaurant they’re drinks should have been better
AMAZING! We started with guac and the cauliflower, which were good but I would love to have tried other things on the menu. We shared the mushroom fajitas (YUM) and the Japanese yams. Both were soooo good! Had a few spicy margaritas as well, which were very good -- and I'm from Austin so I know!
